المستخلص: مستخلص البحث جاء هذا البحث بعنوان مهارات توظيف التقنيات الحديثة ووسائل الاتصال في خدمة السنة النبوية حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان مفهوم التقنية وتطورها ومدى فعاليتها في خدمة السنة النبوية المطهرة. أهمية البحث- 1-التعرف على آليات التقنية المعاصرة التي خدمت السنة النبوية 2-مدى تأثير التقنية الحديثة في خدمة السنة النبوية المطهرة 3-توضيح مكانة السنة النبوية في التشريع الإسلامي 4-التعرف على السنة ومشروعيتها مشكلة البحث - تكمن مشكلة البحث في ماهية التقنية ومدى أهميتها في خدمة السنة النبوية المطهرة عبر وسائلها المعاصرة منهج البحث-المنهج المتبع في كتابة البحث المنهج التاريخي الوثائقي المعتمد على النصوص الشرعية والوسائل التقنية الحديثة التي ساهمت في خدمة السنة النبوية المطهرة خطة البحث- المبحث الأول-مفهوم التقنية وتطورها المبحث الثاني-ضم السنة ومشروعيتها ومكانتها في التشريع الإسلامي المبحث الثالث-آليات التقنية المعاصرة لخدمة السنة النبوية المبحث الرابع-أثر التقنية الحديثة في خدمة السنة النبوية وتوصل الباحث إلي أهم النتائج والتوصيات والتي تتمثل في أولا-النتائج- 1-التقنية تعني الجودة والأحكام والتوثيق للأشياء 2-السنة النبوية المطهرة هي كل ما يصدر عن الرسول (صلى الله عليه وسلم) من قول وفعل وتقرير 3-السنة النبوية المطهرة تحتل مكانة سامية وعالية في التشريع الإسلامي. 4-أن القرآن الكريم أثبت أن السنة مكمله له ومفسرة وموكدة لنصوصه. 5-إن وسائل الاتصال الحديثة لعبت دوراً كبيراً في نشر وحفظ السنة النبوية المطهرة. 6-إن شبكة المعلومات الدولية الإنترنت والبريد الإلكتروني والمنتديات والحوار مع الآخرين عبر الإنترنت آليات تقنية تخدم السنة النبوية المطهرة من حيث وجود نصوصها وتخريجها وتفسيرها. ثانياً: التوصيات. - ضرورة بذل المساعي لتوحيد الجهود المبذولة لتوظيف التقنية الحديثة والاستفادة منها في خدمة السنة النبوية المطهرة حتى تقدم خدمة تليق بها وتتناسب مع مكانتها وأهميتها. - وجوب إيجاد الصلات بين تلك المواقع الإلكترونية بإيجاد الروابط بينها والتي تسهل عملية انتقال الباحث بيسر وسهولة بين صفحاتها وخدماتها للسنة النبوية مع تقديم تعريف بالمواقع الأخرى على صفحة كل موقع. - نشر الثقافة الإلكترونية في أوساط المجتمع، ولا سيما التي تهتم بنشر السنة النبوية المطهرة والدفاع عنها من المحرفين لها.

Abstract This research is under the title skills of functioning modern technologies and the means of communication in the service of the prophetic Sunna. The study aims at identifying the concept of technology its development and its efficiency in serving the pured prophetic Sunna. prophetic Sunna. 1-the significance of the research. to know the contemporary technology mechanisms which served prophetic Sunna. 2-the digree of the effect of the modem technology in serving the pured prophetic Sunna. 3-to explain the place of the prophetic Sunna in the Islamic legislation 4-to know the Sunna and its legitimacy the research problem is situated in the essence of technology and its importance in serving the pured Sunna through its contemporary means. Research method .the method which the researcher followed in conducting the research the documentation historical method which depends on the legislative texts and the modem means of technology which participated in the service of the pured prophetic Sunna. Research proposal- chapter one - the concept of technology and its Development. chapter two- the concept of Sunna its legitimacy and its place in the Islamic legislation. chapter three- the mechanism of the contemporary technology to serve the prophetic Sunna. chapter four- the effect of the modem technology in serving the prophetic Sunna. the following are the most important results and recommendations: Firstly the results. -technology means quality rules and documentation for things. -the pured prophetic Sunna which is saying an action ora report emanated from the prophet. -the pured prophetic Sunna occupies an eminent high place in Islamic legislation . -the holy Koran has proved that Sunna is a complementary for it interpretated confirmed its texts. -the modem means of communication played pivotal role in establishing and keeping the pured prophetic Sunna. -the international information net (internet) eletroric mail clubs dialogue with others through the internet is atechnogical mechanism which serves the pured prophetic Sunna in terms of the present of its texts and its interpretation . Secondly recommendations: 1-The necessity of uniting the efforts to function the modem technology to benefit from it in serving the pured prophetic Sunna until it gives service that suits the place and the importance of the Sunna. 2-to find connections between these electronic sites which facilitate the transferring of the researcher between their pages and service for the pured prophetic Sunna with giving definition of the other siles on the page of every site. 3-to spread the electronic culture among the community in particular that one which concerns with spreading the pured prophetic Sunna defending it against the interpolator
