يعد علم الفقه من العلوم الأساسية في علوم الشريعة له أهميته ومكانته العالية بين هذه العلوم وقد سطر علماؤنا الأجلاء أروع التآليف وأجمل النظم في هذا العلم كل حسب باعه ومقداره في إدراك هذا العلم الجليل. وقد كان الإمام الناطفي رحمه الله صاحب تمكن واجتهاد وباع طويل في علم الفقه ألف كتب عديدة في هذا العلم استند إليها علماء المذهب الحنفي وأحالوا إليها كثيرا من الآراء والاجتهادات ومن هذه الكتب كتاب الأجناس الذي اقتفى الإمام الناطفي رحمه الله في تأليفه كتاب مختصر الكافي وهو من الكتب المعتمدة في الفقه الحنفي. الكتاب محطوط لم يطبع بعد فارتأينا أنا ومجموعة من الباحثين أن نأخذ جزء من الكتاب نقسمه فيأخذ كل باحث جزء منه يحققه خدمة لهذا الكتاب الجليل علما انه قد سبقتنا الباحثة الدكتورة نهلة عاشور منسي يأخذ جزء من هذا الكتاب وحققته في أطروحتها للدكتوراه. حصلت على جزء من كتاب الأجناس وهو باب الأضحية سأعرج على شيء بسيط حول موضوع الأضحية لبيانها وبيان تشريعها.
