والخططي للاعبي الدرجة الأول بكرة القدم وحددت مشكلة البحث في وجود الضعف في الإعداد النفسي للاعبي الدرجة الأولي بكرة القدم في أثناء التدريب السنوي وهل بإمكان وضع برنامج إرشادي انتقابي في بعض سمات الصفة النفسية والوقوف على مدى فاعليته في تطوير السمات المقصودة والمهارات الأساسية للاعبي الدرجة الأول بكرة القدم؟ واستهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج إرشادي انتقائي في بعض سمات الصفحة النفسية للمجموعة التجربية، ومعرفة الفروق بين مجموعتي البحث في الاختبارات البعدية لبعض سمات الصفحة النفسية والمهارات الأساسية. واعتمد الباحثان اختياره للمجتمع بطريقة عمدية وهم لاعبو فرق أندية الدرجة الأولي بكرة القدم في المركز المحافظة، السليمانية والذين يمثلون الأندية المشاركة ببطولة إقليم كردستان للموسم الرياضي (2015-2016)، والبالغ عددهم (77) لاعبا وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي بطريقة المجموعتين المتكافئتين الضابطة والتجريبية لملائمته مع طبيعة البحث، وتكونت عينة الدراسة، الأساسية من (24) لاعبا وهم نادي (أشتي الرياضي وبيشمركة السليمانية), وقسمت افراد العينة بشكل عشوائي وبطريقة، القرعة علي مجموعتين قوام كل مجموعة، (12) لاعبا (6) لاعبا من آشتي و(6) لاعبا من بيشمركة السليمانية, متجانستين في (العمر والعمر التدريبي والطول والوزن والتحصيل الدراسي) واختير (10) لاعبين من (نادي سيروان الجديد) من أجل التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة الدراسة (مقاييس الصفحة، النفسية) , وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في بعض مقاييس الصفحة النفسية وهي (الاتزان الانفعالي, الثقة بالنفس, الطموح, الذات التنافسية الإيجابية), وبعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم وهي (الدحرجة, السيطرة والتحكم بالكرة, المناولة، والتهديف), وبرنامج إرشادي انتقابي. وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها عولجت الفروض بالأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة والتي تمثلت في البرنامج الإحصائي المعروف (SPSS) وقد أشارت النتائج إلى تفوق المجموعة التجريبية علي الضابطة في الاختبارات البعدية لسمات الصفحة، النفسية قيد الدراسة جميعها وفي مهارتي (المناولة، والتهديف) وبفروقات معنوية, وأخيرا خلصت الدراسة إلى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي مطبق علي عينة الدراسة. وبناء علي ذلك أوصي الباحثان بتعميم نتائج الدراسة الحالية علي لاعبي أندية الدرجة الأولي بكرة القدم في محافظة السليمانية, وحث المدربين علي الاهتمام بالإعداد النفسي للاعبي كرة القدم وخصوصا في مجال الإرشاد النفسي الانتقائي لسمات الصفحة النفسية, وضرورة إجراء دراسة العلاقة بين سمات الصفحة، النفسية والمهارات الأساسية فى كرة القدم, وضرورة إجراء دراسة علي مقاييس الصفحة، النفسية الأخرى التي لم تستخدم في البحث الحالي. The main problem of facing weakness and carelessness in the level of some of the traits of psycho-profile page of the elite football players in their annual exercises alongside with exercises regarding their physiology, skills and plans, Is it possible to design an Eclectic Counseling Program for some of the traits of Psycho-profile page, and focus on its effectiveness in developing the specified traits and some fundamental skills ofthe Elite Football Player ?. The study aimed to determine identifies the level of some of the traits of psycho¬profile page and some fundamental skills of the elite football players, prepars an eclectic counseling program for some of the traits of psycho-profile page of the elite football players, explores the effectiveness of an Eclectic Counseling Program for some of the traits of Psycho-profile page and some fundamental skills of the experimental group, and identifies the differences between the control group and the experimental group in the posttests of some of the traits of Psycho-profile page of the elite football players. And it adopted a researcher way deliberate in his choice of the community who are the The research population comprises the elite football players in the city center of Sulaymaniyah Governorate (77 players), who represent the participating clubs starred in the Kurdistan region for the sports season (2015-2016). and the sample consisted of basic study of the (24) players who are club (Ashti sports and Peshmerga Sulaymaniyah). The researcher has used the experimental design which suits the nature of the research, in a way the two groups (experimental and control groups), and in a way the draw has been divided into two groups strength of each group (12 )players (6) players from each club, Homogeneous in the (old age training, height and weight, and academic achievement), and was selected (10) players (Sirwan new Club) in order to ascertain the psychometric instrument study characteristics (measures of Psycho-profile page), and consisted study tools some traits of Psycho-profile page, namely (balanced strain, self-confidence, positive self-competition, and ambitions )of the preparation And some of the basic skills of football, namely, (ball rolling, control of the ball, handling and scoring), and selectively mentoring program in some of the attributes of psychological page and basic skills, and after collecting and categorizing all the data it was treated hypotheses methods Statistical occasion marked by the statistical program known (spss). The researcher results, found out that the experimental group dominates the control group in the posttests of some traits of Psycho-profile page, namely( balanced strain, self-confidence, positive self-competition, and ambitions), and And some of the basic skills namely (handling and scoring) physical differences in the elite football players. At the end of the researcher results that the effectiveness of the Eclectic Counseling Program prepared by the researcher in developing the level of some of the traits of Psycho-profile page and fundamental skills of the sample of basic study. At the end of the study, the researcher has recommended several studies to be conducted by other researchers, including the circulation of the present research outputs to players of first class football clubs in Sulaimaniyah governorat and encouraging coaches of first class football clubs to pay attention to the psychological preparation for the players, particularly in the field of eclectic counseling an Eclectic Counseling for the traits of Psycho-profile page, and the need for the study of the relationship between attributes page psychological and basic skills in football, and the need to conduct a study on the psychological and other page that were not used in the current research standards. |
