هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن ماهية مفهوم العروبة في ضوء قراءة موضوعية لبعض التقارير البحثية والكتب العربية والأجنبية. حيث تناولت أولا عرض للكتب العربية تمثلت في مفهوم العروبة عند (عبد العزيز الدوري)، وتضمن هذا الكتاب خمسة فصول تناول الفصل الأول تطور الفكر القومي في العراق من عام 1913 إلى عام 1963، والفصل الثاني نشأة الدوري والمحطات الرئيسية في حياته. بينما تطرق الفصل الثالث إلي منهج المؤرخ عبد العزيز الدوري وفهمه لمصطلح التاريخ، أما الفصل الخامس فعرض خصوصية التاريخ العربي التي درسها الدوري عبر تطورات التاريخ العربي التي درسها الدوري عبر تطورات تاريخية امتدت لعقود، وناقش الفصل الخامس مفهوم الأمة عند الدوري. والعلاقات التركية الإسرائيلية والذي اشتمل على أربعة فصول، هي نبذة تاريخية عن العلاقات السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية بين البلدين من منذ عام 1949 حتى عام 2002، والمصالح المشتركة بين تركيا وإسرائيل في ظل الرؤية الجديدة للسياسة الخارجية التركية ونقاط الخلاف بين البلدين وتأثيرهما في توتر العلاقات بين البلدين، والتطورات التي شهدتها العلاقات التركية الإسرائيلية عامي 2015 و2016. وثانيا عرض للكتب الأجنبية كعودة روسيا إلى منطقة الشرق الأوسط للبحث عن دوافعها وأهدافها الاستراتيجية بعد انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي. واستراتيجية التدخل الأمريكي الوقائي أو الاستباقي من اجل تعزيز السياسات الأمريكية وهيمنتها للعالم. بالإضافة إلى عملية التفاوض بين إيران والقوي الكبرى كالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وروسيا والصين وإنجلترا وفرنسا وألمانيا حول برنامجها النووي. وثالثا عرض بعض التقارير البحثية مثل تقرير عن الوقائع على الأرض في سوريه والتي ترسم ملامح المستقبل السياسي للبلاد. وكذلك تقرير عن العملية العسكرية التركية في عفرين في شمال سورية التي أطلقت عليها أنقرة شعار غصن الزيتون. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The present study aimed to reveal the identity of the concept of Arabism in the light of objective reading of some research reports and Arabic and foreign books where it first addressed the presentation of the Arabic books which was the concept of Arabism at (Abdel Aziz Al-Douri). The book deals with five chapters dealing with the first chapter of the development of the national thought in Iraq from 1913 to 1963, and the second chapter was the origin of Al-Douri and the main stations in his life. The third chapter deals with the curriculum of the historian Abdul Aziz Al-Douri and his understanding of the term of history. The fourth chapter presented the specificity of the Arab history which Al-Douri studied through the developments of the Arab history which Al-Douri studied through decades of the historical development. The fifth chapter discussed the concept of nation for Al-Douri and the Turkish-Israeli relations which included four chapters that are a historical overview of the political, military and economic relations between the two countries from 1949 to 2002, and the common interests between Turkey and Israel under the new vision of the Turkish foreign policy and the points of contention between the two countries, as well as developments in the Turkish-Israeli relations in 2015 and 2016. Secondly, the presentation of the foreign books such as the return of Russia to the Middle East to search for its motives and strategic objectives after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the US preventive or proactive intervention strategy to promote the US policies and its global dominance. In addition to the negotiation process between Iran and the major powers such as the United States of America, Russia, China, England, France and Germany on its nuclear program. Thirdly is to present some research reports such as a report on the facts on the ground in Syria which outlines the political future of the country, as well as a report on the Turkish military operation in Afrin in northern Syria which Ankara called it the slogan of the olive branch.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
