هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى الكشف عن مشكلات الشباب بين الواقع والمأمول. وتناولت الورقة البحثية ستة محاور أساسيين. ناقش المحور الأول حاجة الأمة إلى شبابها. والمحور الثاني تناول خطورة مرحلة الشباب. وجاء في المحور الثالث التحديات التي تواجهها الشباب في مختلف التخصصات من خلال الأمن الوظيفي والراتب المدفوع وظروف العمل وشروطه والفوائد المتحققة منه. أما المحور الرابع تناول مخرجات الشباب ستمكن من تطوير الرؤية. والمحور الخامس جاء بوجهات نظر حول مشكلات الشباب. كما جاء في المحور السادس بقضايا الشباب بين النظرية والتطبيق. واختتمت الورقة البحثية بضرورة الاهتمام بعمل المحاضرات والندوات والمخيمات والدورات العلمية للشباب التي تبصرهم بمشكلاتهم والاخطار الناتجة عنها. وتحثهم على الطاعات التي تكون سبباً في نجاتهم من هذه المشكلة. والتعاون المكثف بين وزارة الشباب والرياضة من وجهة وزارتي التعليم العالي التربية من جهة أخرى لغرض كيفية إعطاء دروس تثقفية وحضارية ودروس لغرض تقوية الذهن البشرى للشباب في المدارس والجامعات وإعمال العقل في كافة الأمور. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research paper was to uncover the problems of the young people between the reality and the expectations. It dealt with six main themes. The first theme discussed the need of nation for its youth. The second axis dealt with the seriousness of youth. The third axis tackles the challenges which have been faced by the young people in the various disciplines through the job security, paid salary, working conditions, its terms and its benefits. The fourth axis dealt with the youth outcomes which will enable the development of vision. The fifth axis came with views on the youth problems. As stated in the sixth axis of the youth issues between the theory and the implementation. The research paper concludes with the need to pay attention to the work of lectures, seminars, camps and the scientific courses for the young people who see their problems and the dangers resulting from them and urges them to perform the acts of worship that are the cause of their survival from this problem and the intensive cooperation between the Ministry of Youth and Sports from the Ministries of Higher Education on the other hand for the purpose of giving educational and cultural lessons, lessons for the purpose of strengthening the human mind of the youth in the schools and the universities and the employment of the mind in all matters.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
