هدف البحث إلى التعرف على قيم العمل التطوعي وتطبيقاتها التربوية من منظور التربية الإسلامية. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتكون البحث من ثلاثة محاور. تناول المحور الأول القيم التربوية في الإسلام، ومؤسسات تدعيم القيم التربوية الإسلامية. واهتم المحور الثاني بالعمل التطوعي في الإسلام، وأهداف العمل التطوعي، وأنواع التطوع، ومجالات العمل التطوعي، وعوامل نجاح العمل التطوعي الخيري. بينما ناقش المحور الثالث بعض القيم التربوية للعمل التطوعي وتطبيقاتها. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن العمل التطوعي يتضمن الكثير من القيم التربوية الإسلامية، وخاصة القيم الاجتماعية وهي التي تقوي علاقة الإنسان بالآخرين، مما يؤدي إلى تماسك المجتمع المسلم. كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن القيم التربوية تعتبر مهمة في الإسلام، وأن التمسك بها وتطبيقها في جميع شؤون الحياة يثمر السعادة في الدنيا والآخرة. وأوضحت النتائج أن العمل التطوعي في ضوء التربية الإسلامية عملية تفاعلية بين الفرد ومجتمعه تنطلق من العقيدة الإسلامية، ليقوم الفرد والمجتمع بواجبه تجاه الآخر ابتغاء رضوان الله. وأوصي البحث بضرورة تنشئة الأبناء تنشئة اجتماعية سليمة وذلك من خلال غرس قيم العمل التطوعي وبث روح العمل الجماعي في نفوسهم خلال مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research is to identify the values of volunteer work and its educational applications from the perspective of Islamic education. The descriptive approach was used. The research consisted of three axes. The first axis dealt with the educational values in Islam and the institutions supporting the Islamic educational values. The second axis focused on volunteering in Islam, the objectives of voluntary work, the types of volunteering, the fields of voluntary work, and the factors of the success of voluntary charitable work. Lastly, the third axis discussed some educational values of volunteer work and its applications. The results of the research indicated that volunteer work includes many of the Islamic educational values, especially the social values, which strengthen the relationship of man to others, and lead to the cohesion of the Muslim community. The results also pointed out that educational values are important in Islam, and that adherence to them and their application in all matters of life will bring happiness in this world and in the Hereafter. Furthermore, the results clarified that volunteerism in light of Islamic education is an interactive process between the individual and his society based on the Islamic faith, so that the individual and the society fulfill their duty towards each other seeking Allah's satisfaction.
