|e هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن السبق العلمي في تشريعات القرآن الكريم. كما تأتي أهمية هذا الموضوع في أنه يترك أثرا واضحا في نفوس المسلمين، ويشكل لهم حالة استنهاض لفهم دينهم والرد على كل محاولات التشكيك التي يثيرها أعداء الأمة ضد هذا الدين وأحكامه، ومن جهة أخرى تعطي هذه التشريعات ردا علميا واقعيا بأدلة دامغة وحقائق ساطعة على قدرة هذا الدين بأحكامه وتشريعاته على حل كل مشاكل الحياة. واشتمل البحث على عدة مطالب، جاء الأول منها بعنوان: التعريفات، والثاني مشيرا إلى: حاجة الناس إلى التشريع. والمطلب الثالث تحدث عن: الموازنة بين التشريع الإسلامي والتشريع الوضعي. وجاء المطلبين الرابع والخامس والسادس على التوالي عن مقارنة بين التشريع الإسلامي والتشريع الروماني، الأسس العامة للتشريع الإسلامي، وسلبيات ومضار عدم تطبيق التشريع الإسلامي. وأشار المطلب السابع إلى: تفنيد الشبهات المثارة حول التشريع الإسلامي. واستعرض المطلب الثامن والأخير نماذج من الإعجاز التشريعي في القرآن الكريم. \nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

|f The aim of the research is to reveal the scientific advancement in the laws of the Holy Quran. The importance of this issue is that it leaves a clear impression in the hearts of Muslims, and makes them a state of awakening to understand their religion and respond to all the attempts of questioning raised by the enemies of the nation against this religion and its judgments. On other hand, these legislations give a realistic scientific response with glaring evidence and bright facts on the ability of this Religion with its judgments and legislations to solve all the problems of life. The research included several elements. The first element was entitled: Definitions. The second element referred to: People's need for legislation. The third element talked about: the balance between Islamic legislation and positive legislation. The fourth, fifth and sixth consecutive elements detected a comparison between the Islamic legislation and the Romanian legislation, the general bases of the Islamic legislation, and the disadvantages and risks of the non-application of the Islamic legislation. The seventh element indicated to: refuting the suspicions raised about the Islamic legislation. The eighth and final element reviewed models of the legislative inimitability of the Holy Quran.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
