المستخلص: يحرر البحث مسألة بلغت مبلغا كبيرا من الأهمية والاهتمام، وهي مفهوم المجاز، وحقيقة وجوده في اللغة عموما والقرآن الكريم خصوصا، وتنبع أهمية هذه المسألة من كونها داخله في فروع متعددة للمعارف والفنون كاللغة والبلاغة والبيان والعقائد والأصول والتفسير، كما أنها معقد من معاقد الخلاف الكبرى عند المسلمين، وهذا البحث خطوة لتقريب وجهات النظر بتحرير محل النزاع، وتجلية الحقيقة للوصول إلى الرأي الأولى بالاتباع، وبدأ بمدخل تعريف وتصوري لمفهوم الحقيقة والمجاز تناول التعريف اللغوي والاصطلاحي لهما، وبيان الفرق بينهما، وتوضيح أركان وضوابط المجاز، وهذا مهم للتفريق بين المقبول المعتبر والمردود الفاسد منه، ثم شرع البحث بتحرير حكم وقوع المجاز في اللغة والقرآن في أربعة مباحث، تبدأ ببيان الأقوال الواردة في حكم وقوع المجاز في اللغة والقرآن، ثم يعقب ذلك بيان أدلة المجيزين لوقوع المجاز، متبوعا بأدلة المنكرين لوقوع المجاز ومناقشتها، ثم يختتم بتأكيد ورود الإقرار النظري والتطبيق العملي للمجاز عند المفكرين له، ليصل إلى الخاتمة التي تشتمل على أبرز النتائج والتوصيات، مع قائمة بمصادر ومراجع البحث.

The research approaches an issue that TEMPhas reached a great deal of importance and attention, namely the concept of the metaphor and the reality of it's presence in the Arabic language in general and the Qur'an in particular. The importance of this issue stems from the fact that it relates directly to various branches of noledge and arts, such as language, rhetorical eloquence (Balaaghah), rhetorical explanation (Bayaan), beliefs, Usool and Tafseer (Quranic explanation). It is also a place from among the places of major disagreement among the Muslims. This research represents a step to bring the points of view closer to resolve the subject of the dispute, and to manifest the true reality in order to reach the opinion which should most be followed. It began wif an introduction defining and visualizing the concept of the Haqeeqah (literal meaning) and the Majaaz (metaphor), addressing the linguistic and idiomatic definition of them, explaining the difference between them, and clarifying the pillars and controls of the metaphor. This is important in order to differentiate between what is accepted and given regard and what is corrupt and rejected in relation to it. Than the research began to explore the ruling of the occurrence of the metaphor wifin the Arabic language and the Qur'an in four topic areas. It began by explaining the opinions that has come in relation to the occurrence of Al-Majaaz (the metaphor) wifin the language and the Quran. That was followed by explaining the evidences of those who permitted it's occurrence, followed by the evidences of those who denied the occurrence, accompanied by a discussion of them. It was than concluded by confirming the theoretical affirmation and the practical application of the Majaaz (metaphor) according to the thinkers in that direction, to than reach a conclusion comprising the main results and recommendations, followed by the presentation of the list of research sources and references.
