The study aimed to identify the reasons that lead families agree to the illegal migration of their sons from the perspective of the general practice of social service. The study used the descriptive analytical and the social survey method. The study group consisted of a sample of families that had sons aged between 14 and 18 years as a result of illegal migration to Italy. The study tools consisted of a questionnaire applied on families and a questionnaire for social workers. The importance of the study lies in the spread of illegal immigration in the world in general, in Africa and in Egyptian society in particular. The illegal migration results in more victims because of its tragic nature and there is no precise statistics on the number of those victims. The study also referred to the role of social service from the perspective of general practice with the families of illegal immigrant sons, the perspective of ecological patterns and the perspectives on which this perspective is based on. It explained the reasons that lead families to the illegal migration for their children from the perspective of general practice in social service such as family, community, self, environment and other reasons. Also it pointed to the legal reasons for illegal immigration, such as the weakness of the penalty of forging a passport and the consequent visas, and the weakness of the penalty to leave the Egyptian territories from other than illegal crossing points. The study tools were pre and post applied on the study group. The results found that the social reasons that led families to approve the illegal migration of their sons from the point of view of families came in the highest proportion in the first order is the family's awareness lack of the illegal immigration risks.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن الأسباب التي تؤدى بالأسر للموافقة على الهجرة غير الشرعية لأبناءهم من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمسح الإجتماعى. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من عينة من الأسر التي فقد لديها أبن يتراوح سنة من14-18 سنه نتيجة لهجرته غير الشرعية لإيطاليا. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في إستبيان مطبق على الاسر واستبيان للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في إنتشار ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية في العالم بصفه عامة وفى إفريقيا والمجتمع المصري خاصة. وأنه يترتب على الهجرة غير الشرعية المزيد من الضحايا نظرا للطبيعة المأساوية لها ولا توجد إحصائية دقيقة بعدد هؤلاء الضحايا. كما أشارت الدراسة الى دور الخدمة الاجتماعية من منظور الممارسة العامة مع أسر الأبناء المهاجرين غير الشرعيين. والى منظور الأنساق الإيكولوجية والمنطلقات التي يعتمد عليها هذا المنظور. وأوضحت الأسباب التي تؤدى بالأسر للهجرة غير الشرعية لأبناءهم من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية كالأسباب الأسرية والمجتمعية والذاتية والبيئية وغيرها. كما اشارت الى الأسباب القانونية للهجرة غير الشرعية كضعف عقوبة تزوير جواز السفر وما يلحق به من تأشيرات وضعف عقوبة مغادرة الأراضي المصرية من المنافذ غير الشرعية. وتم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة الدراسة. وتوصلت النتائج الى أن الأسباب الاجتماعية التي أدت بالأسر للموافقة على الهجرة غير الشرعية لأبناءهم وذلك من وجهة نظر الأسر وجاءت أعلى نسبة في الترتيب الأول وهي عدم وعى الأسرة بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
