المستخلص: This article is a Summary of a study titled “Cognitive Media and Drug Problems: Analytical Study of internet websites contents”. The study was conducted in 2008 in cooperation with the National Council for Drug Control and Treament, The Fund for Drug Control and Treatment of Addiction, and the National Center for Social and Criminological Research. It aims to reveal the main features of drug abuse phenomenon and the ways dealing with it via internet. It is divided to five chapters as follows: Internet as an interactive media in globlization era, methodology, literature review, tackling the drug abuse phenomenon on the internet , and dealing with the dimensions of drug abuse phenomenon: Analytic vision of internet websites messages.
