المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الاتعرف على واقع تطبيق اسلوب الادارة بالاهداف فى الاتحادات الرياضية للالعاب الفردية ، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع تطبيق كلا من :- اهداف الاتحادات الرياضيه ، والمشكلات التى تواجه تطبيق الاداره بالاهداف ، والاجرات التى تعمل على تحقيقها ، واسلوب التقويم المناسب ، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى ، وتم اختيار عينة البحث من رؤساء واعضاء الاتحادات الرياضية للالعاب الفردية ، بواقع (50) عضوا ، تم استخدم الاساليب الاحصائية التالية :- معامل الارتباط، معامل الفا كرونباهخ ، التكرارات والنسب المئوية ، الاهمية النسبية ، المتوسط الحسابى ، الانحراف المعيارى ، واظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان اعضاء الاتحادات الرياضية يعلمون على تحقيق الاداره بالهداف توزيع المهام والذى بدورة يدعو الى الاقتصاد فى الجهد وتحقيق الاهداف ، واتضح وبما لا يدع مجالا لشك انة من خلال استخدام النظم الرقابية الحديثة التى تعمل على زيادة القدره على التخطيط ، ومن اهم التوصيات ان تتبنى وزارة الشباب والرياضة استراتيجية واضحة وحدده لتفعيل وتطبيق اسلوب الاداره بالاهداف فى جميع الاتحادات الرياضة بالجمهورية اليمنيه من خلال التدريب والتاهيل وإقامة الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل .

The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of the management method by the goals in the sports federations for individual games ،through By identifying the reality of the application of :- the objectives of sports federations ،and the problems facing the application of management goals ،And actions to achieve them ،And appropriate calendar style ،The researcher used the descriptive approach ،The sample of the research was chosen from the presidents and members of the sports federations for individual games ،with (50) members ،The following statistical methods have been used: Coefficient of Coefficient of Alpha Cronbach ،Duplicates and percentages ،Relative importance ،Arithmetic average ،standard deviation ،The results of the study showed that members of sports federations are working to achieve the goals ،And there were also some problems facing the administration's implementation of the objectives ،One of the most important procedures used to achieve management objectives is the distribution of tasks ،which is called for the economy in the effort and achieve the goals ،And it is clear beyond doubt that through the use of modern control systems that increase the ability to plan ،One of the most important recommendations is that the Ministry of Youth and Sports adopts a clear and specific strategy for activating and applying the management approach to the goals In all sports federations in the Republic of Yemen through training and qualification and the establishment of training courses and workshops.
