In the third demand we will present the role of the international police in combating this criminal phenomenon, after we know about the establishment of this organization and its nature and the objectives it seeks to achieve.

مما لا شك فيه أن الإرهاب اصبح ظاهرة خطيرة و سمة من سمات العالم المعاصر واصبح أداة لتحقيق مآرب وطموحات يعجز البعض عن تحقيقها بالوسائل العادية. وهذه الظاهرة الإجرامية قد ازدادت في الفترة الأخيرة من حيث الكم ومن حيث النوع بشكل ملفت للنظر وأصبح لها فلسفتها وأدواتها وأهدافها، بحيث تنتج أوضاع خطرة في المحافل الدولية لما امتازت به من استعمال وسائل عسكرية وأساليب تقنية متطورة تدعمها خبرة واسعة وإمكانات كبيرة تمثل خطراً يثير القلق. إلا إن هذه السمة لم تكن مفاجأة للعالم بظهور حديث لم يسبق له أي جذور، فالإرهاب موجود منذ أن وجدت البشرية والعلاقة بين الإرهاب والإنسان قديمة، إلا إن هذا الإرهاب له ألوان متموجة عبر الزمان بفعل التطور الذي يحصل من زمن لآخر سواء في الوسائل أم الأساليب وحتى في الأهداف، وبسبب مخاطر هذه الظاهرة الإجرامية وما يمكن أن يترتب عليها من نتائج وأثار كان من اللزوم على المعنيين والمهتمين بأبحاث الجريمة على وجه العموم وشؤون الإرهاب على خاصة، أن يكرسوا جهودهم من اجل تسليط الضوء على هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة لتتوضح لطبيعتها ولمعرفة تأصيل جذورها وبحثاً عن روافدها وتنقيباً عن دوافعها وأسبابها تحليلا لمناشئها للوقوف على مواطن الخطر للحصول على العلاج واتخاذ ما ينبغي للحد من تهديدها أو بالأحرى مكافحتها والقضاء عليها، وكان من أبرز الجهود التي بذلت لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة وغيرها من الظواهر الإجرامية التي تتسم بصفة دولية هو إنشاء منظمة دولية تعني بمكافحة الجريمة وهي المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية (الإنتربول) . وفي هذا البحث سنستعرض (دور الشرطة الدولية في مكافحة الجرائم الإرهابية) وفي ثلاث مطالب يكون المبحث الأول في محاولة التعرف على معنى مفهوم الإرهاب ببيان الإشكالية والصعوبة التي تلاقي محاولات تعريفه مع استعراض موقف الفقه من موضوع تعريف الإرهاب، لننتقل في المبحث الثاني لعرض موضوع لا يمكن فصله عن البحث في مفهوم الإرهاب أن أردنا استيضاح صورة المفهوم بشكل سليم، ألا وهو أشكال وأساليب الإرهاب، حيث سنتطرق إلى هذه الأشكال والأساليب، وبشكل ينهي الخلط الجاري بينهما، والجهود الدولية الخاصة بقمع ومنع كل أسلوب من هذه الأساليب. وفي المبحث الثالث سنعرض لدور الشرطة الدولية في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة الإجرامية بعد أن نطلع على نشاءة هذه المنظمة وبيان طبيعتها والأهداف التي تسعى إلى تحقيقها.
