|a نتناول في هذه الدراسة موضوع العولمة، وأثرها على سيادة الدولة حيث تكمن أهمية الدراسة أنها تلفت النظر إلى وجوب تغيير النظرة المجددة في نطاق الإقليم عند رسم السياسات الداخلية والخارجية ووجوب معالجة تلك السياسات وكذلك معرفة أثر العولمة على السيادة لأن كثيرا من السياسات للدول لابد من التأثر بالفكر العالمي لأن هذا الفكر لم يعد خيالا وإنما أصبح حقيقة متمثل في فكرة العولمة، كما تهدف الدراسة من خلال التركيز على سيادة الدولة وإبراز أثر العولمة بأبعادها المختلفة عليها وذلك من خلال التعريف بالعولمة، والتعريف بالسيادة، وتوضيح أثر العولمة على السيادة، بينما تركزت على فرضيات أهمها كلما زادت مظاهر العولمة أثر سلبا على سيادة الدولة، وتم تقسيم الدراسة إلى ثلاث مباحث، يتناول المبحث الأول تعريف مفهومي العولمة والسيادة وتطورها، بينما تكلم المبحث الثاني عن أثر العولمة على سيادة الدولة، ويناقش المبحث الثالث رؤية مستقبلية للسيادة في ظل العولمة.

|b This study described the topic of globalization and its impact on the sovereignty of the state where lies the importance of the study they draw attention to the need to change the perception of renewed within the territory when you draw domestic and foreign policies and the need to address these policies as well as knowledge of the impact of globalization on sovereignty because many of the policies of the countries to be influenced by thought the world because this is thought no longer fiction, but became a reality represented in thought of globalization, as the study aims by focusing on the sovereignty of the state and highlighting the impact of globalization with its various dimensions which, by definition of globalization, and the definition of sovereignty, and to clarify the impact of globalization on sovereignty, while focusing on the assumptions of the most important the more aspects of globalization had a negative impact on the sovereignty of the state, was divided into three Detectives, deals with the first part, the definition of the concepts of globalization and sovereignty and development, while speaking on the second topic on the impact of globalization on state sovereignty, and discusses the third part vision for the future of sovereignty in light of globalization.
