|a يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على البعد الاستراتيجي للسياحة البيئية والاعتماد عليه في تقييم الخطة المطبقة في الحظيرة الوطنية بالقالة، من خلال محاولة معرفة مستويات الاستراتيجية التنظيمية، التخطيط السياحي وكذا الخطة الاستراتيجية لتسويق السياحة البيئية على مستوى حظيرة القالة. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن حظيرة القالة من بين أهم الحظائر الوطنية في الجزائر ولكنها تفتقر لاستراتيجيات تسويقية كفأة. وأن التخطيط الاستراتيجي على مستوى حظيرة القالة لا يرقى إلى المستوى المطلوب؛ كذلك تبين أن الموارد المالية والبشرية المخصصة لحظيرة القالة لا تعب فعليا عن المساحة الشاسعة التي تحظى بها وتنوع أنظمتها البيئية

|b The research aims to shed light on the strategic dimension of eco-tourism and relied upon it in assessing the plan applied in the national barn of El Kala, Through trying to figure out the levels of organizational strategy, tourism planning, as well as the strategic plan to marketing eco-tourism in El Kala protected area. The research has found that the barn of El Kala is among of the most important national barns in Algeria, but lack of efficient marketing strategies. And the strategic planning in the barn of El Kala does not rise to the required level; as well as showing that the human and financial resources allocated to the barn of El Kala do not reflect the actual vast space and the diversity of environmental ecosystems it enjoys
