المستخلص: Nowadays, children with Special Abilities should be enabled to learn in various fields including Environmental Field and that is for involving them in the society and that is for the fact of achieving Self-Compatibility to them for giving them a good life within their community. Concequently. this happens by relating both the theory of Social Learning (Pandora) and the theory "Direction of Employment". Hence, a program was done for simplifying Press Arts in children's magazines that is specialized in acquiring the concept of Sustainable Development to both the natural children as well as the children with Mild Mental Disability. This study is partially practical represented in a sample of two corresponding groups including 60 children divided to 30 boys and girls from children with mild mental disability and their ages are between 6-12 years old with an average of 9.5 years old and their intelligence percentage is between 52-70 which measured by Stanford Binet Scale. Moreover, 30 natural boys and girls with their ages are between 6-12 years old with average 9.5 years old. In addition, The content of all the issues of "Byaty's Magazine" was used to set the program . Furthermore, the statical program of SPSS was used to analyze and process the data through various statistical coefficients. Finally, the results showed that the program had effectiveness in its using when it was applied on normal children and children with Special Abilities. The simplifying of the knowledge related to the definition of Sustainable Development had an effective role showed by "Byaty's Magazine".
