|f International strategic alliances represent real opportunities for the growth of economic institutions and based on three main theories that explained the reasons for their emergence (Theory of Cost of Attributes, Resource Theory and Organizational Learning Theory), We tried to show how international strategic alliances contribute to improving the performance of Algerian institutions. |d Les alliances stratégiques internationales (ASI) constituent de réelles opportunités de croissance pour les entreprises. S’appuyant sur trois perspectives théoriques (théorie des coûts de transaction, la théorie par les ressources et la théorie de l’apprentissage organisationnel), l’objectif de notre étude est de montrer comment les ASI améliorent la performance des entreprises dans le contexte algérien.\nNotre analyse fait ressortir trois résultats théoriques majeurs :\n- Les ASI permettent de réduire les coûts de transaction ;\n- D’acquérir plus facilement des ressources externes (technologiques et managériales) ;\n- Et enfin, d’accéder aux compétences organisationnelles et technologiques nécessaires à leur survie

|a تمثل التحالفات الاستراتيجية الدولية فرصاً حقيقية لنمو المؤسسات الاقتصادية، واستناداً إلى ثلاث نظريات رئيسية مفسرة لأسباب ظهور هذه التحالفات (نظرية تكاليف الصفات، نظرية الموارد ونظرية التعلم التنظيمي)، حاولنا إظهار الكيفية التي تساهم بها التحالفات الاستراتيجية الدولية في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الجزائرية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ثلاث نتائج رئيسية:\n-\tتساهم التحالفات الاستراتيجية الدولية في تخفيض تكاليف الصفات.\n-\tتسهل من الحصول على الموارد الخارجية المتميزة.\n-\tتساهم في حيازة معرفة تنظيمية وقدرات تكنولوجية جديدة ضرورية لاستمرارية المؤسسة.
