المستخلص: The substantial presence of strong linguistic acts in various areas of life, both private and public, justifies the conduct of many studies that have been witnessed in the field of scientific research for a considerable period of time, which revolve around the problem of verbal violence. On the one hand, this research aims to determine the quality of verbal violence and the patterns of its expression in the Algerian political discourse, including the electoral discourse, on the other hand, it aims to know the reasons behind resorting to this type of linguistic use. The question that this study revolves around is to know the forms of verbal violence that characterize the Algerian electoral political discourse in particular. What are the patterns and methods through which this type of violence can appear during the dialogue? Especially, what are the motives for that? This abstract was translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc

إن التواجد الكثيف للأفعال اللغوية العنيفة في مختلف مجالات الحياة، الخاصة منها والعامة، يبرر القيام بالعديد من الدراسات التي يشهدها ميدان البحث العلمي منذ مدة معتبرة والتي تتمحور حول إشكالية العنف اللفظي. يهدف هذا البحث من جهة، إلى تحديد نوعية العنف اللفظي وأنماط التعبير عنه في الخطاب السياسي الجزائري، بما في ذلك الخطاب الانتخابي، كما يطمح من جهة أخرى، إلى معرفة الأسباب الكامنة وراء اللجوء إلى هذا النوع من الاستعمال اللغوي. السؤال الذي تتمحور حوله هذه الدراسة هو معرفة أشكال العنف اللفظي التي تميز على وجه الخصوص الخطاب السياسي الانتخابي الجزائري، ما هي الأنماط والأساليب التي يمكن لهذا النوع من العنف الظهور من خلالها أثناء الحوار؟ وبالأخص ما هي الدوافع لذلك؟

L’omniprésence des actes langagiers violents, aussi bien dans le domaine du privé que sur la scène publique, légitime toutes les recherches entreprises autour de la problématique de la violence verbale. Notre recherche a pour ambition de déterminer d’abord la nature et les modalités d’expression de la violence dans le discours politique algérien, notamment le discours électoral, tout en essayant ensuite de mettre l’accent sur les déterminations sous-jacentes à cet emploi langagier spécifique. La question que nous allons traiter ici est de savoir: quel genre caractérise-t-il le plus le discours électoral en Algérie? Comment ces attaques verbales s’organisent et se manifestent-elles dans le débat? Et surtout, pour quelles raisons?
