المستخلص: Stand in this area are linked to the idea of the calm and true need for well-thought-out (putting something into use) term Maghreb. The use of this word is significant for the value of teaching materials and way(s) of doing things. it is a (solid basic structure on which bigger things can be built) for ethno-cultural that extends from "Benghazi" in the east, to the Atlantic ocean to the west, and that the (things that are common among groups of certain people) of the (related to how much money and power people have) (basic equipment needed for a business or (community of people/all good people in the world) to operate) is the same, in (related to where mountains , rivers, cities, etc., are located) outreach counted / totaled, in time. Which explains a little bit the existence of institutions , the same traditions and language it self, which is the tongue of communication between people, groups and communities and maghreb countries in this space. It is here, isn't it possible to speak now, the problem of increasing population and a (thing that you control (like study time) , that causes something else to change (like a test score)) , a significant advance in the explored the (change for the better, over time) of the maghreb community? isn't bold, (person who works to find information) can do so either the mother of the original element (local) or (one after the other) comers?

تستوقفنا في هذا السياق، ضرورة موضوعية ترتبط منهجيا ومفهميا بتوظيف مصطلح الفضاء المغاربي. فاستعمال هذا اللفظ له دلالته، لما يمتاز به من قيمة بيداغوجية وميثودولوجية. حيث أنه يشكل الإطار الاثنو-ثقافي والسياج الذي يمتد من "بنغازي" شرقا، حتى المحيط الأطلسي غربا، كما أن المعطيات الثقافية والبنية الاجتماعية–الاقتصادية هي هي ذاتها، في امتدادها الجغرافي وتشابهها، في بعدها الزمني. وهو ما يفسر إلى حد ما وجود المؤسسات، التقاليد نفسها واللغة ذاتها، التي هي لسان التواصل والاتصال بين الأفراد والجماعات والتجمعات المغاربية في هذا الفضاء. ومن هنا، أليس بالإمكان التحدث الآن، عن إشكالية التزايد السكاني كمتغير مستقل، له دلالته في سبر غور تطور المجتمع المغاربي؟ أليس بإمكان الباحث الجريء، فعل ذلك سواء تعلق الأم بالعنصر الأصلي (المحلي) أم بالوافدين المتعاقبين عليه
