يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في علاج محددات الترهل التنظيمي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد تم مراجعة نتائج أهم البحوث السابقة في هذا المجال وقد تم صياغة فرضين علميين أساسية للبحث في هذا الأثر. هذا وقد تم اختبار صحة هذه الفروض على عينة قوامها (384 مفردة) من العاملين بالجهاز الإداري للدولة فى محافظة السويس مقسمة إلى عينة طبقية عشوائية باستخدام أسلوب الاستقصاء كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية، هذا وقد أسفرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للفروض باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (PC + / SPSS) مع الاستعانة بالأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لطبيعة بيانات البحث مثل تحليل الانحدار المتعدد وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد المرجح وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد المتدرج بعد قياس صدق وثبات القائمة باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ عن وجود علاقة جوهرية بين توافر تكنولوجيا المعلومات وعلاج أبعاد الترهل التنظيمي في ضوء تلك النتائج فقد تم التوصل إلى بعض التوصيات والتي من شأنها أن تسهم في زيادة كفاءة العملية الإدارية في المنظمات المصرية.
In this thesis, teh researcher tackles information technology and there impact on organizational obesity dimensions . This research aims to identify teh impact of organizational obesity on organization performance. In order to achieve this objective, teh most important findings of previous research into this field were reviewed and three key scientific hypotheses were formulated to examine this impact. Teh validity of hypotheses is tested using a sample consisting of 384 employees of teh Administrative System of State in Suez governorate. Teh sample is divided into a simple random sample using questionnaire as an instrument to collect teh primary data. Using teh SPSS/PC+ with teh statistical methods which are consistent with teh nature of research data such as multiple regression analysis, weighted multiple regression analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis after measuring teh validity and reliability of questionnaire using Alpha Cronbach coefficient, teh results of statistical analysis of hypotheses showed dat there is a significant relationship between organizational obesity dimensions and organizational dimensions. In teh light of these results, some recommendations which can contribute to increasing teh practical administrative efficiency in teh Egyptian organizations are provided.
