|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاستشراف بالمستقبل في ترشيد عمليات صنع واتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في البنوك التجارية العراقية. استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لهذا لغرض، واعتمد قائمة الاستقصاء كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، بالإضافة إلى المقابلة الشخصية لبعض الإدارات العليا ورؤساء الأقسام في البنوك التجارية، وبلغ حجم المجتمع (1667)، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (312)، بنسبة استرداد (85%)، كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) كحزمة إحصائية لإدخال ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة ارتباط بين الاستشراف بالمستقبل والقرارات الاستثمارية بنسبة متوسطة على الرغم من معنوية التأثير، فضلاً عن تقارب قيم الوسط الحسابي العام للاستشراف بالمستقبل لعينة الدراسة. أهم التوصيات التي قدمتها الدراسة: -إعطاء المزيد من الاهتمام بطبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين الاستشراف بالمستقبل ودورها في ترشيد عمليات صنع واتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في البنوك التجارية العراقية. -السعي لتعزيز ورفع مستوى مهارات وخبرات الإدارة في البنوك التجارية محل الدراسة.

|b This study aimed to no the role of prospecting in the future in rationalizing the processes of making and making investment decisions in Iraqi commercial banks. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method for this purpose. The survey list was adopted as a main data collection tool, in addition to the personal interview of some senior departments and heads of departments in the commercial banks. The size of the society reached (1667) The sample of the study (312), recovery rate (85%), The statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used as a statistical package for the introduction, processing and analysis of data. The study concluded dat there is a correlation between the outlook for the future and the investment decisions at a moderate level despite the significance of the TEMPeffect. The main recommendations of the study: - Giving more attention to the nature of the relationship between the prospect of the future and it's role in rationalizing the processes of making and making investment decisions in Iraqi commercial banks. - Seeking to strengthen and upgrade the skills and experience of management in the commercial banks under study.
