يتناول هذا المقال مكونات ومبررات المنظومة المتكاملة التي طرحتها جامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية في مجال إدارة الأزمات والكوارث التي انبثقت من رؤية ورساله الجامعة، والتي تهدف إلى تحقيق الريادة في العلوم الأمنية والارتقاء بها فكراً ومنهجاً، من خلال استخدام البرامج العلمية والأنشطة الأخرى ذات الطابعين العلمي والتطبيقي، وبما يلبي احتياجات الأجهزة الأمنية العربية وتوقعاتها المستقبلية. وتضم المنظومة المشار إليها استحداث ثلاثة كيانات هي: - مركز الأزمات وتطوير القيادات العليا. - برنامج ماجستير في إدارة الأزمات والكوارث. - قسم علمي في كلية العلوم الإدارية لإدارة الأزمات. وتعد هذه المنظومة بعناصرها الثلاثة منظومة متكاملة ومتناغمة للتعامل وإدارة هذا الموضوع الحيوي المهم، والذي أصبح من ظواهر العصر الحالي، ويتضمن المقال، بالإضافة إلى ما سبق، بيانا بالمقررات الدراسية الخاصة ببرنامج الماجستير في إدارة الأزمات والكوارث والساعات التدريسية الخاصة بهذه المقررات.
This article sheds light upon the elements of the integrated system presented by Naif Arab University of Security Sciences (NAUSS) in the field of crisis and disaster management, and highlights the reasons behind this system adoption. This integrated system is based on the University vision and mission which seek to achieve a pioneering rank in the security sciences and develop its intellectual and methodological content. This objective can be achieved by offering new scientific programs and other activities that have both scientific and applicable dimensions. Moreover, such programs and activities should satisfy the needs of the Arab security bodies and its futuristic expectations. The above-mentioned integrated system includes three new entities. These are as follow: The Crisis Center and Senior Leadership Development, A master program specialized in the crisis and disaster management, And An academic department in the College of Administrative Sciences for the crisis management. The three entities of the integrated system for the qualification of leaders form an integral and harmonized body for dealing with this critical issue which has turned into a phenomenon of the current age. However, the article shows the curricula presented by the master program of crisis and disaster management. Lastly, it expounds the period in hours during which such curricula are taught.
