المستخلص: In this study, under the title of the mechanisms of developing the abilities of the outstanding and talented and ways to nurture them, we considered that creation of enthusiasm and motivation among students studying in various stages and disciplines is regarded as one of the most important principles and factors helping to achieve what is known as academic excellence. This choice aims to create a sense of enthusiasm and challenge among students by enrolling them with specific research, which creates a spirit of initiative and responsibility.

Nous avons traité dans notre étude intitulée La motivation des élèves envers leurs apprentissages est reconnue comme l’un des principaux facteurs de réussite à l’école. La motivation s’exprime notamment par l’implication et par la persévérance des élèves à l’égard des travaux scolaires. Certains facteurs contribuent à favoriser la motivation des élèves, entre autres fournir des tâches scolaires dont le niveau de difficulté est adapté à chacun et favoriser leur responsabilisation à l'égard des apprentissages.

ارتأينا في هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان آليات تنمية قدرات المتفوقين والموهوبين وسبل رعايتها، إن خلق الحماس والدافعية لدى الطلبة الدارسين في مختلف الأطوار والتخصصات يعتبر من أهم المبادئ والعوامل المساعدة على تحقيق ما يعرف بالتفوق الدراسي حيث يهدف هذا التخيير إلى خلق نوع من الحماس والتحدي بين الطلبة فيما بينهم وذلك من خلال تكلفهم ببحوث معينة مما يخلق عندهم روح المبادرة وتحملهم المسؤولية.
