|f Food security is of great importance at the individual, community, and state levels as it is linked to social and national security. Most governments around the world have therefore attached exceptional importance to the production and provision of food to the population by quantity, quality, price, and availability at all times. \nThe dangers of food security in Arab world due to the control of developed countries over the agricultural production agreement and its monopoly under various pretexts including individual property rights and treaties of agricultural agreements on the one hand and on the other hand the monopoly of developed countries and producers of surplus food, global stocks of strategic grains, that have started shifting large amounts to biofuel production, as well as speculation in grain markets, leading to higher world food prices. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a يحتل موضوع الأمن الغذائي أهمية كبيرة جدا على صعيد الفرد والمجتمع والدولة وذلك لارتباطه بالأمن الاجتماعي والوطني والأمن القومي. ولذا فقد أولت معظم الحكومات في العالم أهمية استثنائية لإنتاج الغذاء وتوفيره للسكان بالكم، والنوع، والسعر، وفي كل الأوقات. \nإن مخاطر الأمن الغذائي العربي بسبب سيطرة الدول المتقدمة على اتفاقية الإنتاج الزراعي واحتكارها تحت ذرائع مختلفة منها حقوق الملكية الفردية ومعاهدات اتفاقيات زراعية هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى احتكار الدول المتقدمة والمنتجة للغذاء فائض الغذاء والمخزون العالمي للحبوب الاستراتيجية التي أخذت تحول كميات كبيرة منه إلى الإنتاج الوقود الحيوي فضلا عن المضاربة بأسواق الحبوب مما أدى إلى ارتفاع الأسعار العالمية للغذاء. \n

|d La sécurité alimentaire a une grande importance au niveau de l'individu, la société et l'Etat, et elle est liée à la sécurité sociale et à la sécurité nationale, et donc la plupart des gouvernements du monde ont donné une importance exceptionnelle pour la production alimentaire, fournie à la quantité de la population, le type, le prix, et à tout moment. \nLa sécurité alimentaire arabe en raison de la prédominance des pays développés sur l'accord de la production agricole et son monopole sous divers prétextes, y compris les droits de propriété individuels et les traités et accords agricoles d'une part et d'autre part, le monopole des pays avancés producteurs de denrées alimentaires à l'alimentation et les stocks mondiaux de céréales stratégiques excédentaires qui se tournent de grandes quantités de risques pour la production de carburant ainsi que la spéculation sur les marchés du fiasco, ce qui a conduit à la hausse des prix mondiaux de l'alimentation. \n
