المستخلص: The subject of economic diversification has recently attracted a lot of attention as countries, especially rent-seeking, have realized that they are suffering both because of their heavy dependence on the natural resources they possess, on top of which is oil, making them characterized by an economy based on one source of income. The risk of dependence on this resource is illustrated by the fact that its prices are linked to the world oil markets, the sharp fluctuations that occur in it from time to time and affect the economic growth and stability of these countries.
Therefore, many countries are working hard to implement the strategy of economic diversification by adopting a package of economic diversification policies aimed at restructuring the economy and raising the level of contribution of alternative economic sectors to domestic output and improving the efficiency of the effectiveness of these sectors, especially the manufacturing sector.

Ces derniers temps le thème de la diversification économique a prêt beaucoup d'attention et surtout par les pays rentiers qui ont subits des grandes difficulté en particulier ceux qui sont en forte dépendance sur les ressources naturelles appartenant en premier lieu le pétrolec Ce qui en fait caractérisée par mono-économie, la dangerosité de se fier à cette ressource la liaisons avec les marchés mondiaux^ et ce qui se passe dans les fortes fluctuations de temps à autre affecte également la croissance et la stabilité économique de ces pays.
De ce point de nombreux pays cherchent à travailler dur pour mettre en œuvre la stratégie de diversification économique et le succès en adoptant un ensemble de diversification de la politique économiquec qui vise à restructurer l'économie et augmenter le niveau de la contribution des secteurs économiques alternatifs dans le produit intérieur brute et d'améliorer l'efficacité de de ces secteurs en particulier le secteur manufacturier.


أخذ موضوع التنويع الاقتصادي في الآونة الأخيرة حيزا كبيرا من الاهتمام حيث أدركت البلدان وبخاصة الريعية منها التي أضحت تعاني الأمرين نظرا إلي اعتمادها الكبير علي الثروات الطبيعية التي تمتلكها التي يأتي في مقدمتها النفط، مما جعلها تتصف بأحادية الاقتصاد. وإذ تتجلي خطورة الاعتماد علي هذا المورد من خلال ارتباط أسعاره بالأسواق العالمية للنفط، وما يجري فيها من تقلبات حادة بين الحين والآخر كما يؤثر علي النمو والاستقرار الاقتصادي لهذه البلدان.
من هذا المنطلق تسعي العديد من البلدان بالعمل الجاد علي تطبيق استراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي وإنجاحها من خلال تبني حزمة من السياسات الاقتصادية التنويعية التي يكون الهدف منها إعادة هيكلة الاقتصاد ورفع مستوي مساهمة القطاعات الاقتصادية البديلة في الناتج المحلي، وتحسين كفاءة فاعلية هذه القطاعات وبخاصة قطاع الصناعات التحويلية.
