تناولت الدراسة الحالية موضوع الهجرة والتغيرات القيمية التي طرأت على المهاجرين العراقيين في الخارج كما تناولت دوافع الهجرة من العراق إلى البلدان الأخرى ومعرفة مدي تكيف المهاجرين في البلدان المضيفة وما هي اغلب المشاكل التي يعانون منها، وقد تطرقت الدراسة إلى الهجرة عبر العصور المختلفة وكيف كانت دوافع الهجرة في كل عصر ابتداء من عصور ما قبل التاريخ مرورا بالعصور القديمة والعصور الإسلامية انتهاء بالعصر الحديث. ومن المعروف أن البيئة تؤثر في الأفراد تأثير كبير وربما تدفع الأفراد إلي تغير عاداتهم وتقاليدهم، أن أهمية دراسة القيم ومعرفة مدي التغيرات التي سببتها الهجرة ومدي التغير الحاصل في القيم من خلال هذه الهجرات ومدي التزام الأسر المهاجرة بقيم وتقاليد البلد الأم من المشكلات التي تدفع لمعرفة أسباب التغير القيمي الذي طرأ على الأسر المهاجرة ودافعهم إلى التغير. حاولت هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الهجرة والمتغيرات المجتمعية من خلال ما يلي: أولا: مشكلة وأهمية وهدف الدراسة. ثانيا: تحديد المفاهيم العلمية. ثالثا: لمحة تاريخية عن الهجرة. رابعا: أهمية القيم في الحياة الاجتماعية خامسا: صراع القيم. سادسا: أسباب التغير القيمي. سابعا: الهجرة وعلاقتها بالتغير القيمي. ثامنا: النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات.
The present study addressed the issue of immigration value and the changes in the Iraqi immigrants abroad also dealt with the motives of migration from Iraq to other countries and see how adaptation of migrants in host countries and what most of the problems from which the suffer , the study touched on the migration across different eras and how they were motivated migration every era starting from prehistoric times through the ancient Ages and Islamic eras end of the modern era . It is known that the environment influences individuals significant impact and possibly pay people to change their habits and traditions, that the importance of the study of values and knowledge of the extent of the changes caused by immigration and the extent of the change in values through these migrations and the extent of migrant families commitment to the values and traditions of the native country of the problems that drive the search for knowledge moral reasons, the change in the migrant families and caused them to change. This study attempted to shed light on the immigration and community variables through the following: First: the problem and the importance of the goal of the study. Second, determine the scientific concepts. Third: a historical overview of immigration. Fourth: the importance of values in social life. Fifth: a conflict of values. Sixth: the reasons for changing value system. Seventh: immigration and its relation to moral change Eighth: findings and recommendations and proposals.
