هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير التكيف والتغير البيئي على فاعلية القرارات الإستراتيجية في جامعة الجنان في لبنان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتخصيص مبحث عملي يناقش فيه فرضيات الدراسة، فضلاً عن تخصيص جانب نظري يتحدث فيه عن كل من التغير والتكيف في البيئة وفاعلية القرارات الاستراتيجية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة مؤلفة من (15) إداريا في جامعة الجنان كانت تصنيفاتهم الوظيفية على النحو التالي (موظف إداري، مدرس، رئيس قسم، مساعد عميد، عميد كلية)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: بلغت العلاقة الارتباطية بين التغير والتكيف في بيئة جامعة الجنان الداخلية وفاعلية القرارات الإستراتيجية (0.69)، مما يدل على أن التغير والتكيف في البيئة الداخلية للجامعة يساهم بنسبة (38%) من فاعلية القرارات المتخذة في الجامعة. بلغت العلاقة الارتباطية بين التغير والتكيف في بيئة جامعة الجنان المحلية وفاعلية القرارات الإستراتيجية (0.58)، مما يدل على أن التغير والتكيف في البيئة المحلية للجامعة يساهم بنسبة (34%) من فاعلية القرارات المتخذة في الجامعة.
This study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of adjustment and environmental change on the effectiveness of the strategic decisions in Jinan University in Lebanon. To achieve the objectives of the study, both practical and the practival approaches were used with the latter focusing on change and adaptation to the environment and the effectiveness of strategic decisions. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach on a sample of (15) employees at Jinan University with ranks like (administrative officer, teacher, head of department, assistant dean, dean of the College). It was found that the correlation coeffcient between change and adaptation at the internal level of the University and the effectiveness of strategic decision was (0.69), suggesting that change and adaption contributes to 38% of the effectiveness of the decisions taken at the university. However the correlation coefhicient between change and adaptation in the University at the local level and the effectiveness of strategic decisions was (0.58), suggesting that change and adaption to the local environment contributes to the university by (34%) to the effectiveness of the decisions taken.
