|b This study aims to recogniz the level of satisfaction of the parents of children with special needs to the services introduced to their children in classes of schools that are affiliated with the Ministry of Education in Jordan. The study sample consists of (70) students, males and females, of special needs in Irbid governorate schools. A measurement tool (a questionnaire) has been developed to assess the parents degree of satisfaction. The study has found out that the level of parents satisfaction to the services introduced is moderate. There are also statistically indicative differences in the level of satisfaction of introduced services due to gender in favor of females. However no statistically indicative differences between the parents satisfaction and theirvlevel of education with the nature of the child's disability were found.

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى رضا أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي الحاجات الخاصة عن الخدمات التي تقدم لأطفالهم، في غرف المصادر المستخدمة في المدارس التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) طالبا" وطالبة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، في مدارس محافظة إربد. تم تطوير أداة لقياس رضا أولياء الأمور. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها: إن مستوى رضا أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي الحاجات الخاصة عن الخدمات التي تقدم لأطفالهم في غرف المصادر المستخدمة في المدارس التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن كان متوسطا، وأن هناك فروقا" دالة إحصائيا" في مستوى الرضا عن الخدمات، تعزى للجنس ولصالح الإناث، فيما لم تكن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيري مستوى تعليم الوالدين، ونوعية إعاقة الأبناء.
