هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة إسهام الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الطائف، والصعوبات التي تواجهها في ذلك من وجهة نظر المشرفين ومعلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الطائف في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة، وتكونت عينتها من (218) من المعلمين، (60) من الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 1435ه-1436ه، وأسفرت الدراسة عن قيام الإدارة المدرسية بدورها في تعزيز الأمن الفكري بدرجة مرتفعة في جميع المحاور مع وجود مجموعة من الصعوبات التي تؤثر في ذلك، كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق في تقدير المعلمين والمشرفين لهذا الدور في ضوء متغيري (الخبرة والدرجة العلمية) لصالح ذوي الخبرة أقل من عشر سنوات، وحاملي شهادة الدبلوم العالي.
The study aimed to identify the degree of contribution to the school administration in promoting Ideological Security through its interaction with the family and society And activation of school activities and the role of the student Counselor And to identify the difficulties faced by the school administration and prevent the strengthening of Ideological Security from the standpoint of supervisors and secondary school teachers in Taif, the detection of differences in determining the degree of contribution to the school administration in promoting Ideological Security due to the variables: JOB - Qualification –experience. The study followed the descriptive approach in general as a scientific methods to gather information. The study sample consisted of 218 teachers, 60 supervisors from a high school in Taif for the first semester of the academic year 1435 AH --1 436 AH. The researcher prepared and applied a questionnaire to measure the degree of approval on the degree of contribution to the school administration in promoting Ideological Security of secondary school students and the difficulties faced .the result were Supervisors estimate the degree of contribution to the school administration in promoting Ideological Security means in most themes ،while the degree of impact from the point of view of teachers is high in most of the themes. The degree of approval is high on the existence of difficulties limit the role of the school management in the promotion of intellectual security at the high school from the standpoint of supervisors and very high from the point of view of teachers. There are differences between the supervisors and teachers in assessing the degree of contribution to the school administration in the promotion of intellectual insecurity among high school students in the city of Taif all axes total score in the direction of teachers and There are differences according to qualification and the number of years of experience in assessing the degree of contribution to the school administration in the promotion of intellectual insecurity among high school students in Taif in the direction of higher diploma holders, and experience less than ten years
