المستخلص: Notre monde a connu un grand progrés scientifique dans le domaine médical qui nous a permis de réanimer le coeur et son systeme respiratoire en cas d'un arrêt cardiaque par la réanimation artificielle. Ce sujet a entrainé de nombreuses réactions et interrogations sur la responsabilité du médecin en cas d'utilisation des appareils de la réanimation artificielle, et le refus de la famille du patient.

شهد العالم اكتشافات هائلة في المجال الطبي منها إمكانية استعمال وسائل صناعية تعيد لقلب الإنسان وجهازه التنفسي نشاطهما بعد أن توقفا عن العمل، وهو ما يعرف بالإنعاش الاصطناعي، حيث يتم استعماله خلال فترة حرجة يمر بها المريض قد تؤدي إلى هلاكه أحيانا، غير أن الطبيب قد يمتنع احيانا عن تركيب هذه الأجهزة لمريض في حاجة إليها كما قد يسعى إلى فصلها عنة تارة أخرى، وقد يعترض المريض ذاته أو أقاربه عن إطالة حياته بهذه الأجهزة، كل هذه الحالات تثير تساؤلات حول مدى مسؤولية الطبيب عن استعمال أجهزة الانعاش الاصطناعي.

The world has witnessed tremendous discoveries in the medical field, including the possibility of using artificial means to restore the human heart and respiratory system after they stop working, which is known as artificial resuscitation, as it is used during a critical period that the patient goes through that may sometimes lead to his death. However, the doctor may sometimes refrain from installing these devices for a patient who needs them, as he may seek to separate them from him at other times, and the patient himself or his relatives may object to prolonging his life with these devices.
