المستخلص: L’état Zianide a connu pendant sa occupation sur le Maghreb central, une forte existence des Dhemmis, des chrétiens et des Juifs, ou la présence a été limité en deux catégories, la première est les commerçants résidants aux quartiers spéciaux, qu’ils ont compliqué à les identifier; puisque la majorité des documents nous a donné des informations restreintes dans leurs relations économiques et commerciales avec le pouvoir Zianide. Cependant elles ont ignoré sa vie et ses relations sociales. Et la deuxième c’est la catégorie des ouvriers des palais et les prisonniers qui ont fait les travaux forces. Par contre la propagations des Juifs dans les villes et compagnes, ils ont participé aux domaine commercial et s’intègrent dans la société zianide, c’est pour ça on va étudier l’organisation de la société juive à la période zianide, ses traditions et coutumes, et leur habitations. Ainsi que démontrer des informations sur l’existence des chrétiens.

عرفت الدولة الزيانية خلال فترة سيادتها على المغرب الأوسط تواجدا هاما لأهل الذمة من مسيحيين ويهود، حيث انحصر التواجد المسيحي في فئتين: أولاهما هي فئة التجار المقيمين في أحياء خاصة تصعب من مهمة التعرف عليهم عن كثب واستقراء تركيبتهم الاجتماعية، حيث لا تورد معظم المصادر والوثائق المتوفرة إلا طرفا يسيرا من تعاملاتهم الاقتصادية وعلاقاتهم التجارية مع السلطة الزيانية، بينما تغض الطرف عن حياتهم وعلاقاتهم الاجتماعية. والفئة الثانية هي شريحة الخدم في القصور أو الأسرى القابعين في سجون الدولة والذين تقع على عاتقهم الأعمال الكبرى. بينما تواجد اليهود في المدن والأرياف وساهموا في المجال التجاري واندمجوا في المجتمع الزياني لذا سنتطرق في هذا الموضوع إلى تنظيم وتركيبة المجتمع اليهودي في عهد الدولة الزيانية وعاداته وتقاليده، وأماكن سكناه. كما نورد ما توفر من معلومات-على قلتها-عن تواجد العنصر المسيحي خلال هذه الحقبة.

During the period of its sovereignty over the Central Maghreb, the Zayyanid state knew a vital presence of the dhimmis, Christians, and Jews, as the Christian presence was limited to two categories: the first was the category of merchants residing in special neighborhoods that make it difficult to identify them closely and extrapolate their social structure because most of the available sources and documents list only a small part of their economic dealings and commercial relations with the Zayyanid authority while turning a blind eye to their lives and social relations. The second category is the category of servants in palaces or prisoners of state prisons who are responsible for major tasks. While the Jews were in the cities and the countryside and contributed to the commercial field and assimilated into the Zayyanid community, so we will discuss in this topic the organization and structure of the Jewish community in the era of the Zayyanid state, its customs, and traditions, and its places of residence.
