The study aims to identify the types of social support provided by social specialists for patients of heart disease in Aseer Central Hospital through four aspects. The aspect of knowledge support provided by social specialists for patients of heart disease in Aseer Central Hospital, the aspect of emotional support provided by social specialists for patients of heart disease in Aseer Central Hospital, the aspect of appreciation support provided by social specialists for patients of heart disease in Aseer Central Hospital, the aspect of economic support provided by social specialists for patients of heart disease in Aseer Central Hospital. As the descriptive type of study has been used social survey researcher for patients of heart disease in the intensive care unit in Aseer Central Hospital. The study population consisted of a number of (20) patients of heart disease both males and females in the intensive care unit in Aseer Central Hospital, (14) were males, (6) were females. It has been used statistical methods following in the study repeated and percentages to describe the characteristics of the sample, and the arithmetical averages and standard deviations to identify the responses of the respondents on each of the expressions of each scale, the Pearson correlation coefficient to measure the sincerity of internal consistency of the questionnaire and the coefficient alpha Cronbach to measure the stability of the questionnaire. The results of the study showed the importance of the role of social worker in the social support for patients and of four main themes, namely: support cognitive, emotional support, appreciation of the support, economic support and wealth of a positive impact in the life of a heart patient. One of the main recommendations of the study is the importance of the pursuit of universities and the relevant authorities to provide references specialized in social service in the medical field, and the need for social specialists of special training courses on some simplified medical sciences related to diseases, also the importance of providing appropriate training courses and needs-based training for social specialists for social specialists working in the medical field.
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أنواع المساندة الاجتماعية المقدمة من قبل الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لمرضى القلب بمستشفى عسير المركزي. حيث أن نوع الدراسة المستخدمة هي دراسة وصفية وقد استخدم الباحث المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمرضى المنومين بقسم عناية القلب بمستشفى عسير المركزي. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من عدد (20) من المرضى المنومين بقسم عناية القلب بمستشفى عسير المركزي (١٤) ذكور، (٦) اناث. وقد استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية التالية في الدراسة: التكرارات والنسب المئوية لوصف خصائص العينة والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية للتعرف على استجابات أفراد العينة على كل عبارة من عبارات كل مقياس، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون لقياس صدق الاتساق الداخلي للاستبانة، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ لقياس ثبات الاستبانة. كما وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أهمية دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المساندة الاجتماعي لمرضى القلب والمتمثلة في أربعة محاور رئيسية وهي: المساندة المعرفية، المساندة الوجدانية، مساندة التقدير، المساندة الاقتصادية ومالها من أثر إيجابي في حياة مريض القلب. ومن أهم التوصيات التي خلصت إليها الدراسة، أهمية سعي الجامعات والجهات ذات العلاقة بتوفير المراجع المتخصصة في الخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال الطبي، وضرورة حصول الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين على دورات تدريبية خاصة ببعض العلوم الطبية المبسطة ذات العلاقة بالأمراض، أيضا أهمية توفير الدورات التدريبية المناسبة والقائمة على الاحتياجات التدريبية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في المجال الطبي.
