This study rests on three key elements: (A) the emergence of Genres term, its socio-knowledge justifications, surrounding problematic, and its suitability in the contemporary moment. (B) The emergence of problematic Genres, and linking it to the historical transformation of the languages in Europe, which resulted in transition from the Latin tongue to the national tongues, and the consequent problems in the adoption of oral heritages in the education at the level of classification of texts, and comparing them to the tripartite model. (C) Relationship between genre and practice whether it is related to Theoretical practice, and its uprising of problematic methodology, or related/ to creative practice; where the issue of the relationship between Standard genera and the text is displayed.
