Cultural Criticism Like other approaches and monetary strategies that come into Arab culture, Arab critics and researchers are interested in theory and practice. There is hardly any article or book that is known to explain the theoretical background, its methodological statements, and the investment of its procedural mechanisms in the approach of literary texts. The lack of knowledge exchange in the justification of the shift from literary criticism to cultural criticism has led contemporary Arab critics to take refuge in the heritage of the Arab world. My poetry in general, and old Arabic poetry in particular to justify this transformation and marketing the fashion of cultural criticism in the Arab cultural environment. The present study questions the attempts of contemporary Arab critics to settle cultural criticism in the Arab cultural environment and to discuss the changes that have taken place in its conceptual apparatus, its work and its procedural mechanisms, and its applications to the ancient Arabic poetry of Abdullah Al-Ghazzami and Yousef Olimat. |
