المستخلص: النقاش حول أهمية اختيار المؤشرات المالية والغير مالية في عملية تقييم الأداء المالي لم تنته بعد. والهدف من بحثنا هو تصميم لوحة المتابعة لمديرية الرقابة الإدارية في شركة توزيع ارديس.
بعد القيام بدراسة تجريبية لنظام قيادة أداء أرديس، تمكنا من تعيين نقاط قوى النظام الواجب تعزيزها ونقاط الضعف الواجب تحسينها، كما قمنا باختيار المؤشرات المالية والغير مالية التي يجب أن تظهر في نموذج لوحة المتابعة المقترحة على مديرية الرقابة الإدارية لأرديس.


Le débat sur l’importance du choix des indicateurs financiers et non financiers dans le processus d’évaluation de la performance financière est loin d’être clos. L’objectif de notre recherche est de concevoir un tableau de bord destiné à la direction contrôle de gestion, dans une entreprise de grande distribution à savoir ARDIS SPA.
Après avoir examiné de façon expérimentale, le système de pilotage de la performance d’ARDIS SPA nous avons d’une part, mis au clair les forces du système à renforcer et les faiblesses du système à améliorer, d’autre part, nous avons manipulé le choix des indicateurs financiers et non financiers à mettre en exergue dans le modèle du tableau de bord proposé à la direction contrôle de gestion d’ARDIS SPA.


The debate on the importance of selecting financial and non-financial indicators in the financial performance assessment process is not over. Our research aims to design the dashboard for the Administrative Control Directorate of ARDIS Distribution Company.
After conducting a pilot study of the ARDIS Performance Leadership System, we were able to identify the powers of the system to be strengthened and the weaknesses to be improved. We also selected the financial and non-financial indicators that should appear in the dashboard model proposed to the ARDIS Administrative Control Directorate.
