المستخلص: Le développement et l'ouverture des marchés arabes l'un sur l'autre est une nécessitée vu la mondialisation financière, et ça d’une manière à assurer la mobilisation de l'épargne pour l‘employer dans les différents aspects des investissements.
Le marché du Koweït est l'un des marchés financiers du CCG, qui ont des excédents financiers provenant des recettes pétrolières, mais il n'a pas encore décidé l'ouverture financière malgré la longue expérience dans le domaine des institutions financières.
Dans cet article, nous allons essayer de savoir ce que la mondialisation financière et la mondialisation des marchés financiers, les risques de la mondialisation de la bourse du Koweït, la problématique dans notre étude est ce que nous entendons par la globalisation des marchés financiers ? Quels sont les risques de la mondialisation de la bourse du Koweït ?


إن تطوير وانفتاح الأسواق العربية على بعضها البعض يعد أمرا ضروريا في ظل العولمة المالية بما يؤمن تعبئة المدخرات وتوظيفها في أوجه الاستثمارات المختلفة.
وتعتبر سوق الكويت من الأسواق المالية الخليجية التي تملك فوائض مالية من مداخيل النفط، ولكنها لم تقرر بعد الانفتاح المالي رغم الخبرة الطويلة في مجال المؤسسات المالية.
وفي هذه الورقة سنحاول التعرف على العولمة المالية وعولمة الأسواق المالية، المخاطر الناجمة عن عولمة سوق الكويت للأوراق المالية، وتتمثل إشكالية دراستنا في ماذا نقصد بعولمة الأسواق المالية؟ وما هي مخاطر عولمة سوق الكويت للأوراق المالية؟


The development and opening of Arab markets to each other is essential in the light of financial globalization to ensure the mobilization of savings and their use in various aspects of investments.
Kuwait's market is one of the Gulf financial markets with surpluses from oil revenues but has not yet decided on financial openness despite long experience in the field of financial institutions.
In this paper, we will try to identify financial globalization, and the globalization of financial markets, the risks arising from the globalization of the Kuwait Stock Exchange. The problem of our study is, what do we mean by the globalization of financial markets? What are the risks of globalization of the Kuwait Stock Exchange?
