المستخلص: تهدف هذه المقالة البحثية إلى استكشاف عوامل ومحددات النشوء الاقتصادي لدول (BRICS). حققت هذه الدول تقدما اقتصاديا مفاجئا وسريعا في السنوات الأخيرة. ونجحت أن تكون من الدول الناشئة الرئيسية حيث تمكنت من بلوغ معدلات نمو مرتفعة ولمدة طويلة. يحاول الاقتصاديون إلى إيجاد تفسيرات حول ظاهرة الانتقال من المستوى الاقتصادي الأقل تقدما إلى الأكثر تقدما والتوجه نحو اقتصاد يميزه النمو المرتفع. أصبح هذا الموضوع محل بحث علمي ونقاش حاد لما نلاحظ أن بعض البلدان النامية نجحت وتحولت إلى اقتصاديات ناشئة بينما لا تستطيع بلدان أخرى بدء هذا المسار الاقتصادي.
تحاول الورقة البحثية الوصول إلى التعرف على العوامل الاقتصادية والمؤسساتية الكامنة التي أدت إلى ترقية هذه البلدان إلى مصاف الدول الناشئة باستعمال طريقة المربعات الصغرى لمجموعة دول (BRICS).


Ce papier vise à identifier les facteurs déterminant de l’émergence économique des pays du BRICS. Le passage d’une économie moins avancée à une économie plus évoluée et dirigée vers une croissance forte représente un sujet de recherche et un thème de débat scientifique auquel les économistes tentent de trouver des explications. Cet intérêt est d’autant plus avéré quand certain pays en développement sont en train de réussir ce passage tandis que d’autres pays ne peuvent pas déclencher le processus. Des pays comme les BRICS ont réalisé des performances économiques surprenantes ces dernières années. Ils sont considérés comme des pays émergents majeurs.
L’intérêt de notre papier est de soulever les facteurs économiques et institutionnels qui ont amenés ces pays à atteindre ce niveau de croissance. Ces facteurs déterminants de l’émergence économique peuvent expliquer ce phénomène économique. Pour cela, nous procédons à un modèle de panel dynamique des moindres carrés constitué par les cinq pays du BRICS.


This research article aims to explore the factors and determinants of the economic development of (BRICS) countries. These countries have made sudden and rapid economic progress in recent years. They have succeeded in being a major emerging nation where it has been able to achieve high growth rates for a long time. Economists are trying to find explanations about the phenomenon of moving from the least advanced to the more advanced economic level and move towards an economy characterized by high growth. This subject has become the subject of scientific research and intense debate as we note that some developing countries have succeeded and become emerging economies while others cannot begin this economic path.
The paper tries to identify the underlying economic and institutional factors that have led these countries to the rank of emerging countries using the least-squares method (BRICS).
