|f It’s considered that Planning in the field of sports has a great importance as it works to predict all steps that lead to the achievement of the goal of the institution, and works to discover the obstacles and problems that may face each institution and work to avoid them before they occur, and it is working to optimize all the potential of the institution, whether material Or human and provide imperfection.\nThe aim of this research is to identify the administrative planning for the employees of the centers of women and girls in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dakahlia Governorate.\nAbstracts:\n1.\tThe Center aims to develop positive attitudes towards practicing various sports activities.\n2.\tThe Center for Women and Girls aims to develop social communication skill.\n3.\tClarity of the instructions and rules for participation in the various activities of the employees of the Center for Women and Girls.\n4.\tLack of a clear vision and mission, especially for women and girls.\n\n\nRecommendations:\n1.\tUtilize the sports facilities of the Ministries of Youth, Sports and Education for optimal employment in the training of women.\n2.\tActivating the cooperation protocols between the different bodies in an optimal manner.\n3.\tIncrease the budget to be sufficient to spend on the various aspects of the Center.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a يعتبر التخطيط في المجال الرياضي ذات أهمية بالغة حيث يعمل على التنبؤ بكافة الخطوات التي تؤدي إلى تحقيق هدف المؤسسة، كما يعمل على اكتشاف المعوقات والمشكلات التي قد تواجه كل مؤسسة والعمل على تلافيها قبل وقوعها، كما أنه يعمل على الاستغلال الأمثل لكافة إمكانات المؤسسة سواء المادية منها أو البشرية وتوفير النقص. \nيهدف البحث إلى التعرف على التخطيط الإداري للعاملين بمراكز المرأة والفتاة بمديرية الشباب والرياضة في محافظة الدقهلية. \nالاستخلاصات: \n1-\tيهدف المركز إلى تنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو ممارسة الأنشطة الرياضية المختلفة. \n2-\tيهدف مركز المرأة والفتاة إلى تنمية مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي. \n3-\tوضوح التعليمات والقواعد الخاصة بالمشاركة في الأنشطة المختلفة للعاملين بمركز المرأة والفتاة. \n4-\tعدم وجود رؤية ورسالة معلنة وواضحة خاصة للعاملين بمركز المرأة والفتاة. \nالتوصيات:\n1-\tالاستفادة من المنشآت الرياضية الخاصة بوزارتي الشباب والرياضة والتربية والتعليم للتوظيف الأمثل في تدريب المرأة. \n2-\tتفعيل بروتوكولات التعاون بين الهيئات المختلفة بالشكل الأمثل. \n3-\tزيادة الميزانية المقررة لتكفي الإنفاق على جوانب المركز المختلفة.
