نفذ البحث الميداني خلال عام 2016 م لمعرفة الأثر الذي يؤديه الإرشاد الزراعي في حماية البيئة بمنطقة قصر بن غشير بالضاحية الجنوبية لطرابلس-ليبيا، والتي تشتهر بظروفها المناخية الملائمة للزراعة بشكل خاص والأنشطة الأخرى بشكل عام إلا أن ظاهرة التلوث البيئي التي بدأت تظهر سوف لن تبقي البيئة ستلقي بظلالها على المجتمع ككل بسبب سوء إدارتهم ويدق ناقوس الخطر. يهدف البحث بصفة أساسية إلى معرفة الدور الذي يلعبه الإرشاد الزراعي في حماية البيئة من التلوث، وللوصول إلى نتائج صادقة ومعبرة فقد أعتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث بلغ حجم شاملة البحث (56550) مفردة أخذت منها عينة بأسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة شملت (283) مفردة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أظهرت نتائج البحث أن 73% من المبحوثين يستخدمون المبيدات دون مراعاة المخاطر البيئية وكما أظهرت ما نسبته 27% منهم أقل استخدام للمبيدات، أما فيما يخص الأوضاع العامة حول التخلص من الملوثات الأخرى فإن 97% من المبحوثين يقومون بجمعها وحرقها داخل مزارعهم ما يلحق الضرر بعناصر البيئة المحيطة، وما نسبته 3% منهم يقومون بالتخلص من الملوثات المتولدة بمزارعهم بشكل صحي وآمن، وفيما يخص جانب مدي تجاوب المزارع مع برامج الإرشاد المختلفة الهادفة إلي حماية البيئة فقد أظهرت النتائج أن التجاوب ضعيف جدا أي أن نسبة غير المتجاوبين وصلت إلي 94% وأن ما نسبة 6% من المبحوثين يتصلون بالإرشاد الزراعي لزيادة الوعي البيئي بين المزارعين للعيش في بيئة أمنة، وتدريب الكوادر العاملين به وإعطائهم مزايدا من الاستقلالية والحرية في المشاركة باتخاذ القرارات وحول المشكلات. The field research was conducted during 2016 to know the role Played by agricultural extension in environmental protection at Gasr Ben Gashr, southern suburb of Tripoli – Libya, which is Known as appropriate climatic area for agriculture and generally For other activities. And since pollution is any sudden um desirable change in surrounding environment, in the sense that, introducing an unfamiliar material to the medium ( water – air – Soil ) causing a change in chemical, physical and biological Specifications , therefore , this paper aims to shed light on the environmental pollution in general and on agricultural production specifically , and to know the causes latent behind polluting natural and agricultural resources plus the impacts arising therefrom and projected on agricultural development of the society in an attempt to minimize the environmental pollution feature and to achieve higher standards of economic development growth, The pollution appeared in Ben- Gashir area will not keep area components as they are , and economic an well an environmental damage will affect. The society as a whole due to mal- management of surrounding environment. This is clear and represents a warning, simply because results of the research showed that 73% of researches use insecticides without any consideration to the hazards resulting therefrom. As for the way of disposal of other pollutants, 97% of researches collect and burn the same in their farms, the matter which damages environmental factors, while 3% only dispose of the pollutants properly. Therefore, it was necessary to revive agricultural extension and to increase environmental awareness to parallel up – to - date environmental protection programs , to available its requirements and to train caders, plus giving them more independency and freedom in decision -making and troubleshooting, and to give a chance for environmental protection working team , and all society members, more knowledge via all media means(readable, written, audio -visual), in regard of the imprudence of Protecting environmental system in general, hoping to inflect a change in individual behavior towards protection of the Environment, being the spacious house in which we live. |
