المستخلص: أحدثت الثورة الشعبية المصرية 25 يناير 2011 تحولا في علاقة الحركة السلفية بالسياسة، ومن هنا، تطرح هذه الدراسة تساؤلا أساسية وهو: ما أهم ملامح الخطاب السياسي للحركة السلفية في مصر بعد ثورة 25 يناير كما يعكسه خطاب حزب النور السلفي؟ أما بالنسبة للتساؤلات الفرعية للدراسة فتتمثل فيما يلي: 1- ما رؤية حزب النور السلفي لدوره السياسي؟ 2- ما موقف الحزب من القوى السياسية الأخرى سواء الدينية أو الليبرالية؟ 3- ما موقف الحزب من أهم القضايا المتعلقة بالشأن السياسي المصري؛ وهي: هوية الدولة. - المواطنة (الأقباط -المرأة). - قضية الديمقراطية وحرية التعبير. 4- ما رؤية الحزب المستقبلية لدوره السياسي؟ وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على تحليل الخطاب السياسي لحزب النور السلفي في الفترة ما بين تأسيس الحزب في يونيو 2011 حتى توضيح موقف الحزب من مرشح الانتخابات الرئاسية في أبريل 2012. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج؛ من أهمها: 1- اتضح من تحليل الخطاب السياسي السلفي بصفة عامة، والدعوة السلفية بصفة خاصة قبل ثورة 25 يناير أن السلفيين رغم رفضهم للسياسة، إلا أن بعضهم قد مارسها بشكل أو بآخر. 2- بالإضافة إلى مكانة الخطاب الديني في نفوس المصريين؛ فقد عكست نتائج الانتخابات البرلمانية الدور السياسي، الذي يمكن وصفه بغير المباشر، الذي كانت تلعبه التيارات السلفية قبل الثورة، والذي عجزت القوى الليبرالية عن القيام به وهو ما تجسد في النشاط ذي الطابع الخدمي، فضلا عن النشاط الدعوي. 3- سعى حزب النور لأن يبدو خطابه السياسي متسقا مع طبيعة السياق التاريخي عقب ثورة 25 يناير مع عدم تخليه عن التمسك بالهوية الإسلامية للدولة وتطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية.

The Popular Egyptian Revolution on January 25th 2011 caused a change in the relations of The Salafy Movement towards the Policy. Thus, this study is posing a fundamental question which is; What are the most important features of the political discourse for the Salafy movement in Egypt after the January 25th Revolution, as it is reflected by the speech of the Salafy El Nour Party? As for the sub- questions of the study, they have been represented in the following: - 1- What is the vision of the Salafy El Nour Party for its political role? 2- What is the Party's stance from the other political forces, whether the Religious or the liberal one? 3- What is the Party's stance from the most important cases relating to the Egyptian Political Affair, which is : - The State's Identity. - Citizenship (the Copts - the woman). - The democracy affair and free expression. 4- What is the Party's future vision for its political role? This study has relied upon the analysis of the political discourse of the Salafy El Nour Party in the the period between the Party's founding in June 2011 till the illustration of the Party stance from the candidate of the presidency elections in April, 2012. - The study has reached many outcomes, the most important ones of them: 1- From the analysis of the Salafy Political Speech Discourse in general, and the Salafy convocation in particular before the 25th January Revolution, it was found that the Salafy ones - in spite of their refusal to the policy - some of them have practiced it in a way or another. 2- In addition to the status of the Religious Speech in the Egyptian souls, the Parliamentary Elections have reflected the political role which can be described as indirect, which was played by the Salafy currents before the Revolution, that the Liberal forces could not carry out, which was embodied in the activity of service nature, in addition to the convocational activity. 3- The Salafy Party tried to make its Political Discourse appear as being coordinated with the nature of the historical context after the 25th January Revolution, without giving up on his holding and seizure the Islamic Identity of the State and the application of the Islamic Legislation.
