المستخلص: اتسعت الفجوة بين الأنظمة السياسية والجماهير التي تأثرت بشكل مباشر بالثورة المعلوماتية على نطاق واسع؛ مما زاد من صعوبة توجيه الأنظمة السياسية العتيقة للرأي العام العربي تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في كونها دراسة متخصصة في سياسة الأمم المتحدة تجاه الثورات العربية مع التطبيق على حالة اليمن. تهدف الدراسة إلى تحقيق ما يلي: 1- استعراض الأهداف والأدوات التي تتخذها الأمم المتحدة للمحافظة على السلم والأمن الدوليين. 2- أخذ نماذج للسلوك الفعلي لدور الأمم المتحدة ومدى فاعليتها تجاه الثورات حالة اليمن. 3- حصر وتحليل كافة القرارات التي صدرت تجاه الثورات: حالة اليمن لمعرفة مدى فعالية سياسات الأمم المتحدة.

The diagnosis of diseases of the international organization and its many remedies but till today in the theoretical framework and require serious international will and honest a realistic enforce the international organization to exercise their functions effectively under the many rapid changes occurring in the international system. Overall you could say that I approached the hypothesis and is influenced by the role of the United Nations towards the Arab spring environment variables for the interests of the permanent members of the Security Council on the fundamental principles upon which the decisions.
