المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور جديد أو على قدر من الجدة في طريقة دراسة الصورة الشعرية، وهي دراسة قائمة على فرضية يمكن أن تكون مصيبة أو لا تكون كذلك، ولكن حسبنا الاجتهاد في موضوع كثر القول فيه هو الصورة الشعرية التي أسهبت الدراسات في تعريفها قديما وحديثا، وفرضية البحث قائمة على أن بعض الشعراء المحدثين النواب أنموذجا لا تقتصر الصورة الشعرية لديهم على النمط البلاغي فحسب، وإنما قدموا طريقة أخرى لتشكيل الصورة الشعرية عبر "الإيحاء بها" أي أن المتلقي ترتسم في مخيلته صورة ما عبر ما تحمله بعض "العلامات" التي يوردها في نصه من قدرة إيحائية، وهو ما سنحاول تفصيله وبيانه في هذه الدراسة المتواضعة فإن لقيت القبول والاستحسان فذلك فضل من الله يؤتيه من يشاء وإن لم توفق فحسبنا أننا اجتهدنا ونأمل أن يكمل دارسون آخرون هذا الجهد ويتخطوا ما فيه من هنات وقصور. أن الكمال لله وحده تعالى والحمد لله أولا وآخرا.

This study seeks to present a new perception or with a measure of novelty, related to the way of studying the poetic form. It's a study based upon a hypothesis which could represent or may not represent a calamity. However, we have calculated the diligence in respect to a topic about which much has been said. It is the poetic form concerning which past and the recent studies have delved into its definition. The hypothesis of the research is based on the fact that some modern poets, taking the Nawaab as a model, do not restrict the poetic form/image to the rhetorical style alone. Rather, they presented another way of shaping the poetic image/form by “A suggestion of it”, meaning that an image is drawn in his imagination via what some of the “signs” found in its text carry within them, by way of a suggestive power. This is what we will attempt to detail and reveal within this humble study. If it finds acceptance and approval, then that is a blessing from God to be given to whomsoever He wills, and if it does not succeed in that, then it is enough for us that we have given our utmost, whilst hoping that other researchers will continue this effort and overcome its deficiencies and shortcomings. Perfection belongs to God alone, the Most High, and All praise belongs to Him, firstly and lastly.
