المستخلص: من أبرز أهداف التربية الحديثة، الاهتمام بالموهبة والموهوبين والتعرف على قدراتهم وميولهم والمجالات المناسبة لمستقبلهم العلمي والمهني، وتقديم الرعاية المناسبة لتلك الطاقات في نطاق يصل بهم إلى مستوى تحقيق النم الذاتي، ومن خلال ذلك رأت الباحثة إعداد هذه الدراسة البحثية المتواضعة للتعريف بالموهبة والموهوب، لغة واصطلاحا والموهوب، بناء على آليات وإجراءات تتنوع بتنوع أراء الباحثين والكتاب في هذا المجال متبعة في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى النتائج التي من خلالها يتم إثبات فرضية البحث والتي تدعم مشكلة الدراسة المتمثلة في التساؤل عن مدى أهمية اكتشاف السمات والخصائص التي يتميز بها الموهوبين ودوروها المميز والفعال في رعايتهم والاهتمام بهم وتوجيههم، ويتم ذلك من خلال محاور الدراسة التي نجملها في كل من دراسة السمات والخصائص والتطرق إلى تصنيف الموهوبين وأنواعهم بالإضافة إلى دراسة أساليب وأدوات مراحل رعايتهم والمشكلات التي تواجههم، ومن ثم نصل بالبحث إلى التوصل للتوصيات فتعميم النتائج التي نثبت بها فرضية ولتكون هذه الدراسة مفيدة لنا.

The prominent objectives of the modern education include; paying attention to talent and talented people, recognizing their abilities, tendencies, and appropriate fields for their scientific and professional future, and providing appropriate care for those energies in a range that makes them achieve the level of self-development. Therefore, the researcher considered conducting this modest research to introduce the talent, the talented, in language and terminology based on varied mechanisms and procedures as per the diversity of opinions of researchers and writers in this field. The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach to reach the results through which the hypothesis of the research is proven which supports the study problem, i.e., the question about the importance of discovering the characteristics and features of talented people and their distinctive and effective role in caring for them and guiding them. It is doe under the study axes, which we outline in the study of features and characteristics, and addressing the classification of talented persons and their types, in addition to studying the methods and tools of the stages of their care and the problems they face. Then we seek to arrive at the recommendations and disseminate the results by which we prove a hypothesis so that this study can be useful to us.
