|a أن البحث العلمي المتميز له الدور الكبير في حل بعض مشكلات المجتمع، ولأجل تحقيق ذلك ينبغي على الباحث العلمي أن يلتزم بمبادئ وبأخلاقيات البحث العلمي أثناء صياغة أسلوبه في كتابة البحث واختيار الكلمات والمصطلحات والعبارات بما يتوافق مع مستواه الديني والعلمي والثقافي والاجتماعي. إذ تقتضي أخلاقيات ومبادئ الباحث العلمي احترام الباحثين وآرائهم وكرامتهم، سواء من الباحثين ضمن نطاق عمل الباحث أو من خارجه وكذلك من المشاركين في البحث أو المستهدفين من البحث، أي أن مبادئ الباحث العلمي يجب أن تتمركز في نقطتين أساسيتين الأولى الإيجابية: وتعني أن تكون النتائج التي يتم التوصل إليها لحل مشكلة البحث إيجابية من ناحية صياغة أسلوب تلك النتائج بعيد أن استخدام الأسلوب السلبي الجارح أما الثانية فتتمثل بعدم الضرر بالأخرين: أي أن تكون النتائج فيها نوع من التعميم وعدم الضرر بمجتمع البحث من خلال صياغة النتائج وأبداء التوصيات والمقترحات بما يتلاءم ومكانتهم العلمية والاجتماعية دون التركيز على جوانب قد تؤدي بالضرر لهم من خلال استخدام الأسلوب أو العبارات التي يبتعد عن الجوانب العلمية. فقد توصل البحث إلى عدة استنتاجات من أهمها:\n1-\tهناك علاقة ذات طابع إيجابي (تغذية عكسية) فيما بين الباحث ومجتمع بحثه وذلك من خلال عملية إرسال نسخة من البحث قبل نشرة لاطلاعهم عليه واخذ الموافقات بذلك من قبلهم\n2-\tهناك مجموعة من المبادئ والأخلاقيات الواجب الالتزام بها من قبل الباحث العلمي في أسلوب صياغته للبحث العلمي.\n3-\tهناك علاقة ذات طابع إيجابي فيما بين موضوع البحث وأخلاقيات ومبادئ الباحث في عملية كتابة وسلوب صياغته للعبارات والجمل في بحثه.\nوكذلك تم وضع مجموعة من المقترحات في ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من استنتاجات ومن أهم تلك المقترحات هي:\n1-\tضرورة التزام الباحث العلمي بمبادئ وأخلاقيات البحث منذ لحظة البدء بعملية وضع المنهجية العلمية لبحثه انتهاء بأسلوب صياغته للبحث بشكل نهائي.\n2-\tضرورة أن يكون هناك اتفاق مسبق فيما بين الباحث العلمي ومجتمع بحثه لأجل تلافي ما قد يؤثر سلبا على البحث أي أن يكون مجتمع البحث على بيئة من المعلومات التي سوف تنشر من قبل الباحث قبل القيام بعملية النشر.\n3-\tيجب أن يتحلى الباحث العلمي بالزمانة والمصداقية العلمية وعدم القيام بأي تحريف أو تغير للعبارات التي حصل عليها من المصادر سواء كانت تقليدية أم إلكترونية والتي يمكن أن تغير المعنى والأفكار الرئيسية للمصدر الأساسي.

|f Distinguished academic research has a major role in respect to solving some of the problems of society. In accomplish that, the academic researcher must adhere to the principles and ethics of academic research while formulating his method of writing research and selecting words, terms and phrases in accordance with his religious, academic, cultural and social level. That is as the ethics and principles of an academic researcher require respect for researchers, their opinions and their dignity, whether in terms of researchers within or outside the scope of the researcher's work, those involved in the research or those targeted by the research. In other words, the principles of an academic researcher should be centered on two basic points. The first is positive: It means that the results reached to solve the problem of research should be positive from the point of view of formulating the method of those results and should be far removed from using the stinging negative approach. As for the second point, then that is demonstrated in not harming others: This means that the results should be a kind of generalization and do not harm the research community by formulating results and making recommendations and proposals in a manner that fits with their academic and social standing without focusing on aspects that may harm them through the use of methods or phrases that depart from academic aspects. The research reached a number of conclusions, from among the most significant were:\n1 - There is a relationship of a positive bearing (feedback) between the researcher and his research community through the process of sending a copy of the research before publishing it, to keep them informed and to take approval from them.\n2 - There is a set of principles and ethics that must be adhered to by the academic researcher in respect to the manner of formulating academic/scientific research.\n3 - There is a positive of a positive bearing between the subject of the research and the ethics and principles of the researcher in the process of writing and drafting the phrases and sentences of his research.\nIn addition, a set of proposals have been drawn up in the light of the conclusions reached, the most important of which are:\n1 - The necessity of the academic researcher committing to the principles and ethics of research from the moment of the beginning of the process of developing the scientific/academic methodology for his research, culminating in the method of his formation of his research, in a final manner. \n2 - The need to have a prior agreement between the academic researcher and his research community in order to avoid what might adversely affect the research i.e. the research community should be upon a level of awareness of the information that will be published by the researcher before he publishes it.\n3 - The academic researcher must have academic credibility and must not make any distortions or alterations to the terms obtained from sources, whether conventional or electronic, which could change the meaning and the main ideas of the primary source.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
