المستخلص: Sur le plan technique les greffes d’organes sont devenues un acte banale en tant qu’opération chirurgicale, par contre sur le plan psychique les greffes d’organes actualisent deux questions fondamentales dans la vie des patients ; l’une sur le vécu psychique et l’autre sur la qualité de l’image du corps, car personne ne peut nier l’influence psychique induite par la greffe chez le patient dès son annonce. Cette étude s’est focalisée sur la greffe rénale, vise à explorer, à partir de l’approche psychosomatique, sur la qualité du fonctionnement mentale et la nature de l’image du corps, chez les jeunes patients qui ont intégré le greffon et les patients qui l’ont rejeté. Afin de répondre à nos questions, la méthodologie de la recherche adoptée été essentiellement l’approche clinique, en s’appuyant sur l’étude de cas, par l’entretien clinique accompagné par le test du Rorschach. Notre population d’étude est constituée dix (10) adultes scindée en deux sous-groupes, cinq(05) patients qui ont intégré le greffon et cinq(05) patients qui ont subi le rejet.

Organ transplantation as a surgical operation has become a banal procedure at the technical level, however; at the psychological level organ transplantation currently raises two fundamental questions. The first is on the psychological living and the other is on the quality of the body image because no one can deny the physical influence generated by the transplant within the patient as soon as it is undertaken. This study focuses on kidney transplant and aim at exploring, using a psychosomatic approach, the quality of the Mental Functioning and the nature of the Body Image within young patients who accepted the transplant and the patients who rejected it. In order to answer our questions, the research methodology adopted was essentially the clinical approach leaning on the case study through the clinical interview accompanied by Rorschach Test. Our population is made up of ten (10) adults divided into two sub-groups, five (05) patients who accepted the Kidney Transplant and five (05) who underwent the rejection.
