|d Dios Todopoderoso envía a su mensajero Mohamed, la paz sea con él, su ley, es la ley final. La ley islámica es para todo el mundo árabes o no árabes. La ley incluye todo lo que necesita el ser humano en su vida. La ley islámica da un gran interés a la economía debido a su importancia en la vida humana. Los musulmanes aplican la reglas de su religión en la economía, lo cual provoca un auge económico que convierte al estado islámico en los países más ricos del mundo y a su pueblo en el pueblo más rico del mundo entero. La ley islámica permite el comercio, la industria y la agricultura, en general, la inversión del dinero es libre en el Islam. Por ello los compañeros del profeta practican los medios de la inversión en su época y el profeta, sea la paz con él, lo acepta sin ningún problema, por lo cual quiero hablar de la inversión, sus controles y sus peligros y, en particular, en los países extranjeros.

|b Allah Almighty bestowed His Sharia on His Messenger, Muhammad, Peace Be Upon Him, becoming the concluding Sharia. The concluding Sharia should be comprehensive embracing all people together, the Arabs and the Non-Arabs, including all man needs in his life. Since economy is the mainstay of life, Islamic Sharia was concerned with it in terms of what is suitable for economy and its role. Muslims applied the guidance of their religion to economy. This led to an economic flourishing, in which the Islamic state was the richest country in the world, and its people were the richest people on earth. Since the Islamic legislator has allowed trade, industry and agriculture, the origin in capital investment is allowance, based on that the Prophet's honorable companions had practiced the investment means in the era of the Prophet - Peace Be Upon Him, which he knew and witnessed without denying them the right of investment. Therefore, investment, particularly in foreign countries, its restrictions and risks has been an interest of study.

|a إن الله تعالى أنزل شريعته على رسوله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم فكانت الشريعة الخاتمة، ومن شأن الشريعة الخاتمة أن تكون عامة للناس جميعا، عربهم وعجمهم، شاملة لكل ما يحتاج إليه الإنسان في حياته، وهكذا كانت شريعة الإسلام عامة للناس جميعا، ومنظمة لجميع شئونهم، ولما كان الاقتصاد عصب الحياة الدنيا، فإن الشريعة الإسلامية أولته من الاهتمام ما يتناسب وحجم دوره، وطبق المسلمون هدي دينهم في الاقتصاد، فأورث ذلك ازدهارا اقتصاديا كانت فيه الدولة الإسلامية أغنى دول الدنيا، وكان شعبها أغنى شعوب الدنيا، ولأن الشارع الإسلامي قد أباح التجارة والصناعة والزراعة، فالأصل في استثمار الأموال الإباحة لأن الصحابة الكرام قد مارسوا الوسائل الاستثمارية في عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهو يعلم ويرى منهم ذلك ولم ينكر عليهم، ومن أجل ذلك أحببت أن أتكلم عن الاستثمار وخاصة في الدول الأجنبية.
