المستخلص: Los Seguidores (Al-Mawaly) se formaron una capa prominente de la población andaluza en la era Umayyad, y habían entrado en Al-Andalus desde el Oriente con los pioneros de la conquista, y participaron en la conquista de Al-Andalus y se asentaron allí y desempeñó un papel prominente en la consolidación de las bases de su gobierno y la extensión de su influencia en toda Al-Andalus. Por su devoción al servicio de la corte de los Omeyas en Al-Andalus y por su lealtad hacia ellos, los omeyas confiaron en ellos, por lo que se convirtieron en los cargos más importantes del Estado como: Ministros, escritors, Comandantes, Jueces, y otros posiciones administrativas y militares en el estado de los Omeyas en Al-Andalus. La familia de Bani Hudayr fue una de las familias de los Seguidores orientales en la época de los Omeyas, asociados con los lazos de amistad con los príncipes omeyas y sus sucesores, desempeñando papeles importantes en la corte de los Omeyas, con altos cargos en el Estado y en el ejército. Realizaron trabajos, planes y tareas administrativas y militares que impresionaron a los Omeyas y aumentaron su confianza en la familia de Bani Hudayr. Vamos a tratar en este trabajo según se informa acerca de esta familia en las fuentes andaluzas y otras fuentes para formar una imagen razonable de su origen, estatura, sus miembros, y su papel administrativo y militar en Al-Andalus durante el período de los omeyas. Este trabajo abordará los siguientes puntos: Primero: El origen de la familia de Bani Hudayr, y cuando entraron en Al-Andalus? Segundo: El papel administrativo de ellos, Tercero: El papel militar de esta familia

Al-Mawaly (the followers) was a group of the population in the Andalusian society during the Umayyad period; they had entered AI-Andalus from the Orient with the Vanguards of Conquest, and participated in the opening of Andalusia and settled in it. Some of Al-Mawaly with some of Moroccans and Andalusians formed a powerful clique that was very loyal to the Umayyad family in Al-Andalus, and they had a prominent role in consolidating Umayyad rule and extending its influence in all parts of Andalusia. Al-Mawaly were very devoted to the Umayyad family in Andalusia, therefore they got the best jobs and positions in the Umayyad state because of the confidence of Umayyad rulers in their loyalty. However, this confidence helped many of Al-Mawaly to be leaders in the army, judges, and ministers and to get many other administrative and military positions in the state. Consequently, they have the main role in strategy planning to the state, and they also played a main political role in managing the country under Umayyad ruling. Banu Hudyr is one of the families of Al-Mawaly in Andalus who came from AL-Sham. This family had personal ties of friendship with the Umayyad princes and the successors. Therefore, they played very important roles in the Umayyad state in Andalusia, and assumed several senior positions in the state and the army, and showed high efficiency and super ingenuity in all jobs that they worked in. As a result, they got the admiration of the Umayyad rulers and increased confidence and ties with the Umayyad family members. This research study aims to form information and knowledge about this family (Banu Hudyr) and their roles in the Umayyad state in Andalusia. The research study highlights on the following points: Firstly, who is Banu Hudyr, and when they did come to Andalusia? Secondly, the administrative role of the family in the state such as the ministry, the police, managing the regions, etc. Thirdly: the military role of the family: the suppression of internal strife, the rebel movements and taking the responsibility of some plans that related to military organizations in Andalusia, such as the plans of leadership and supply.

شكل الموالي طبقة بارزة من طبقات السكان في المجتمع الأندلسي في العصر الأموي، وكانوا قد دخلوا الأندلس من المشرق مع طلائع الفتح، وشاركوا في فتح الأندلس واستقروا فيه، وتكونت منهم وممن انضم إليهم من أهل المغرب والأندلس عصبة قوية ارتبط أفرادها جميعا برابطة الولاء للبيت الأموي في الأندلس، وكان لهم دور بارز في تثبيت دعائم حكمه وبسط نفوذه في كل أرجاء الأندلس. ونظراً لتفانيهم في خدمة البيت الأموي في الأندلس وإخلاصهم له، فقد وضع الأمويون ثقتهم الكاملة فيهم فقلدوهم أهم مناصب الدولة وأرفعها، بل أصبحت الوظائف الكبرى والخطط السامية مقصورة عليهم، واضطلعوا بأهم الأدوار وأخطرها في البلاط الأموي بالأندلس، فكان منهم الحجاب والوزراء والكتاب والقواد والقضاة والخزان وغير ذلك من المناصب الإدارية والعسكرية في دولة بني أمية بالأندلس. وكانت أسرة بني حدير إحدى أسر الموالي الشاميين بالأندلس في العصر الأموي، وقد ارتبط أفرادها بروابط الود والصداقة مع أمراء بني أمية وخلفائهم، ولعبوا أدوارا مهمة في البلاط الأموي، وتقلدوا عدة مناصب كبيرة في الدولة والجيش، واظهروا كفاءة عالية وبراعة فائقة وحكمة نادرة في كل ما تقلدوه من وظائف وخطط ومهام إدارية وعسكرية حازت إعجاب الأمويين وزادت من ثقتهم في أفراد تلكم الأسرة الماجدة. وسنحاول في هذا البحث استقصاء ما ورد عن هذه الأسرة في المصادر الأندلسية وغيرها من معلومات لتكوين صورة معقولة عن أصلهم ومكانتهم وأبرز أفرادهم ودورهم الإداري والعسكري في دولة بني أمية بالأندلس، وسيتناول البحث النقاط التالية: أولا: أصل أسرة بني حدير، ومتي دخل أوائل أفرادها الأندلس؟، ثانيا: الدور الإداري لأسرة بني حدير: ولاية الحجابة، الوزارة، الخزانة، الشرطة، السكة، ولاية الأقاليم، ثالثا: الدور العسكري لأسرة بني حدير: قمع الفتن الداخلية وحركات التمرد وولاية بعض الخطط المتصلة بالتنظيمات العسكرية في الأندلس، مثل خطتي القيادة والعرض.
