المستخلص: This study aims to reveal the place of the duality (the Self/ The other) in the speeches of the Arab Spring, “The Last Speech by Zine Al-Abdin Bin Ali as a Model.” We analysed it both from the perspective of media and language. Based on this, the study seeks to monitor all the rhetorical forms contained in the text of the letter by answering several questions. This study produced a series of findings, the most notable of which was that the meaning of the other in the speech was a consensus as understood by Hedger And that the self draws the boundaries of the other through the process of broadcasting and discourse in order to draw some general indicators to be available in the persuasive discourse, which aims to respond according to Halliday's approach by the owners of the School of Linguistic Analysis of Speech..

l'objectif de cette étude et de découvrir la position de la combinaison (l'Ego / l'Autre) dans les discoures du Printemps Arabe , nous avons pris Zain Alaabidin Ben Ali comme un échantillon . - A cet effet, nous l'avons analysé à travers les deux aspects : communication et linguistique pour extraire toutes les formes rhétoriques utilisées a travers la réponse sur un ensemble des questions . - Enfin; nous avons obtenu un ensemble des résultats ;tels que: 1. le concept de la conclusion utilisée dans le discoure de Ben Ali s'accorde avec le concept de "HEIDEGGER".
2. nous avons arrivé à extraire les indicateurs généraux fournir dans le discoure persuasif qui vise à répondre selon " l'approche de HALIDDI L'ECOLE D'ANALIYSE LINGUISTIQUE DU DESCOURE ".

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مكانة الثنائية (الأنا/ الأخر) في خطابات الربيع العربي " الخطاب الأخير لزين العبدين بن على نموذجا"، فقد قمنا بتحليله من الناحية الإعلامية واللغوية. وتأسيسها على ذلك تسعى الدراسة إلى رصد كافة الأشكال الخطابية التي وردت في نص الخطاب من خلال الإجابة على مجموعة من التساؤلات، فقد اسفرت هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها أن دلالة الاخر في الخطاب توافق مفهومة لدي هيدغر، وأن الذات ترسم حدود الأخر من خلال عملية البث والإلقاء في الخطاب ليتم استخلاص بعض المؤشرات العامة الواجب توفرها في الخطاب الإقناعي الذي يهدف إلى الاستجابة وفق لمقاربة هاليدي أصحاب مدرسة التحليل اللغوي للخطاب.
