يهدف هذا البحث الموسوم بــ "الطلاق السني والبدعي" إلى الوقوف على مفهوم الطلاق السني والبدعي ومآلات الشباب الذي لا يكترث لمثل هذا الخطر. باب مهم جدا للتعرف عليه والجهل به يؤدي إلى أضرار لا تحمد عقباه. وعندما تفهم مثل هذه الأبواب تسير الحياة بدون تعقيد ولا خلل فيها. وعني أهل العلم بهذا الباب بل جعلوا كل مجهوداتهم لتنفيذ ما يكون في هذا الباب الذي يجهل به حتى بعض المتعلمين ناهيك عن الجهلاء. واتفق الفقهاء على أن طلاق السنة يكون في طهر لم يمسها فيه خلافا للطلاق البدعي. وفي حال عدم استمرار الحياة وتعكير صفوها جاز الفراق بينهما بالطريقة المشروعة. وبالألفاظ المعهودة. أما في حالة الكناية فإنه يحتاج إلى نية. علماً بأن الطلاق إما أن يكون صريحاً أو مقيداً وهو الذي يحتاج إلى مساندة وهي النية. وتحتوي الورقة على مبحثين وكل مبحث إلى مطلبين. أما المبحث الأول فجاء تحت عنوان: الطلاق، تعريفه مشروعيته حكمة وألفاظه. وبه مطلبان. والمبحث الثاني جاء تحت عنوان: الطلاق السني والبدعي، وبه مطلبان. واتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي من الكتاب والسنة وأقوال أهل العلم.
This research is entitled "Sunni and Heresy Divorce," it aims to identify the concept of Sunni and heresy divorce, and the machinations of young people, who do not care about such a danger. It is very an important matter to study, and ignorance of it leads to damage bad consequences. Understanding such matters, leads to life without complexity or disorder. The scholars were concerned with this matter, and they made all their efforts to refute what is not true in this matter, which is not well known by some educated, not to mention ignorant. The scholars have agreed that the divorce in the Sunnah concept happens in a manner of purification that is contrary to the heresy divorce. In the event that life does not well continue, and is disturbed, it is permissible to separate in the lawful manner, and by uttering the well known phrases In the case of the desire of separation, it requires intention. Divorce is either explicit or restricted and the last needs having intention. The research included two chapters, and each chapter included two topics. The chapter topic came under the title: divorce, definition of its legitimacy, wisdom and words, with two topics. The second chapter, entitled "Sunni and heresy divorce," with two topics. In this research were adopted the inductive and descriptive methodologies, reciting from the Qur'an, the Sunnah and the concepts of the scholars.
