أوردت كتب السنن فضائل كثيرة لآل بيت رسول الله وإصحابه، فكانت هذه الفضائل ميزات تميزوا بها وخصوا بها من قبل الله سبحانه وتعالى أو من قبل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. وهنا يسأل سائل ما أهمية موضوع (فضائل آل رسول الله و الصحابة في كتب السنن)، والإجابة على هذا التسائل بالغ الأهمية وهي أن استيعابنا لهذه الفضائل يعطينا حصيلة متنوعة من التجارب الإنسانية المميزة على الصعيد الديني والاجتماعي والإداري والقيادي والتنموي والإنساني وغيرها من الأصعدة، فكل صفة نوردها في بحثنا هذا هي صفة يمكن الاستفادة منها في وضع خطة تنموية إنسانية ينتج منها أناس مميزون وقادة عظماء، فهناك صفات تتعلق بحب الله ورسوله، والذي يحاول أن يطبق هذه الصفة في حياته لا يمنكن إلا أن يكون في جد وعمل لكي يصل إلى مصاف هذه الصفة، كذلك بعض هذه الصفات تتعلق بالإدارة وكيفية النجاح فيها، وصفات تتعلق بالفداء وحب الدين والأمة والتفاني في ذلك، وصفات وفضائل تتعلق بالناحية الاجتماعية، وهناك صفات وفضائل تتعلق بالجانب العلمي وغيرها من الصفات الأخرى، فمن خلال استيعاب هذه الفضائل والصفات الإيجابية ووضع برنامج من اجل تطبيقها على المجتمع ينتج مجتمع قوي متماسك بعيد أن التناقضات الداخلية والإحباط والتخلف، وقد إشارة علماء التنمية البشرية إلى أن القادة يصنعون من خلال تبنيهم للصفات والفضائل التي تنمي قدراتهم وقد أشار الدكتور إبراهيم الفقي رائد التنمية البشرية إلى ذلك قائلا: (القادة يصنعون ولا يولدون، انهم يصنعون من خلال الجهد الشاق، انه الثمن المترتب علينا جميعا دفعه من اجل تحقيق أي هدف يستحق العناء)، فهذه الفضائل بمثابة الطرق التي تؤدي بالذي يسلكها النجاح في الدنيا والأخرة.
The books of Sunnis mentions numerous virtues for the family of Prophet and His followers. Those virtues are special traits to be honored for them which endowed by Almighty God and His Messenger Mohammed (Pease be upon Him). One may ask a question about the significance of (The virtues for the family of Prophet and His followers in the books of Sunnis). The answer to this question is most significant since the apprehension of these virtues give us varied outcomes of unique human experiences on religious, social, administrative, leadership, developed, and humane level. Each trait which is mentioned in our paper can be benefited in putting a developed and humane plan. This developed and humane plan will give birth to unique and great leaders. There are traits, for example, which relate to love of Almighty God and His Prophet require exerted effort to be reached. There are also other traits such as ones that relate to administration and how to be successful, sacrifice, love of religion, nation and devotion. Some traits and virtues related to social aspect. Others related to scientific aspect and so on. Through the apprehension of these positive virtues and traits and put a programme for the sake of its application on society produce a very strong and identical society which is far from frustration, illiteracy and internal contradictions . the scientists of human development indicated that the leaders are made through the adaption of the virtues and traits that promote their abilities. Dr. Ibrahm Al- Faqi , the pioneer of human development referred to this fact saying ; " The leaders are made not born, they are made through exerted effort, this is the price which all of us should pay to achieve a worth mentioning aim. These virtues are methods which lead to succeed in life and life after death.
