المستخلص: This study was conducted, with the aim of revealing quality of life and self-efficacy levels, and their relationship between them among psoriasis patients, on a sample of 61 patients aged 17 to 58 years. To confirm the study's hypotheses, the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) measure and the general self-efficacy measure were used. Results indicate lowering levels of quality of life and self-efficacy among psoriasis patients. They also revealed an indicative relationship between the two variables. As psoriasis is a chronic disease, it is no less significant than other chronic diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of life of patients in order to maintain self-efficacy and proper coping with their disease, thereby reducing the impact of the symptoms or side-effects of psoriasis.

Cette étude a pour objectifs de déterminer les niveaux de la qualité de vie et de l’auto efficacité chez les malades atteints de psoriasis, ainsi que la corrélation entre deux variables. L’étude a été menée sur un échantillon de 6 lmalades atteints de psoriasis dont l’âge varie entre 17 et 58 ans. Pour vérifier les hypothèses deux questionnaires ont été appliqués à savoir, questionnaire de qualité de vie spécifique aux maladies dermatologiques DLQI, et questionnaire de l’auto-efficacité général. Les résultats montrent des niveaux faibles de la qualité de vie et de l’auto efficacité. Aussi, il y a une corrélation entre deux variables. Le psoriasis est une maladie chronique et nécessite l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des malades afin de maintenir une auto efficacité adéquate et permettre aux malades de s’adapter à leurs maladies.

أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف الكشف عن مستويات نوعية الحياة والفعالية الذاتية، والعلاقة بينهما لدى مرضى الصدفية، على عينة 61 مريض يتراوح سنهم بين 17 و 58 سنة. وللتأكد من فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس نوعية الحياة الخاص بالأمراض الجلدية DLQI ومقياس العام للفعالية الذاتية. تشير نتائجها إلى انخفاض مستويات نوعية الحياة والفعالية الذاتية لدى مرضى الصدفية. كما تبين وجود علاقة دال بين المتغيرين. كون الصدفية مرضا مزمنا فهو لا يقل أهمية عن الأمراض المزمنة الأخرى، لذلك من الضروري العمل على رفع مستوى نوعية حياة المرضى من أجل الحفاظ على الفعالية الذاتية والتعايش المناسب مع مرضهم بالتالي التقليل من أعراض الصدفية.
